This is both fun and addictive. Something for everyone.
I have 14 Wii games and this one and Marble Mania are the best.
I have been playing them for weeks.

Fun idea for the WII

This game is a lot of fun.

Sometimes you really want a short attention span game, this is it. A great use of the Wii - this game would not be nearly as much fun with a PS2 controller.

It's cute and fun, not for serious gamers, more fun by yourself or with a group - the multiplayer function is a lot of fun (like most games for the wii)

It's a fun game..

My family and I have played this game a few times. Some of the games are harder than others. Trying to throw the coin on the plate takes a lot of practice! Also you work up a sweat when trying to work up enough energy for the sledge hammer to ring the bell. We love the target practices... They are fun. We haven't played all the games yet. But I would say this is a great game for family fun! My son especially liked the dunk tank!!! We loved the heckling!!!! Enjoy!!!!!!!!!

Lots of menus to navigate through

My wife and I have enjoyed the various games included, some better than others as you'd expect. We haven't played it as much because you end up spending so much time navigating the menus to get to the games. It's frustrating to waste that time when you want to play games. I'm less interested in the collecting prizes and unlocking "things." So that's also been a part we haven't liked. We paid $40 and it seems like it's more of a $30 game.

Love this game!

I bought this game last week and love it. Despite mixed web reviews, I went ahead and bought this game and feel it is totally worth $[...]. There are tons of great carnival games to play, some harder than others. The graphics are tight and have a kind of old scratchy look which fits the old feel. I've only played the games with adults but I think kids over 8 would be able to play most of the games. There are a few that may be too hard for them (but they're hard for me!)

Overall- buy this game!

Great Fun factor, but also frustrating

... When you're sure you're doing everything right, and can't get any better, it's exasperating, or when by pure chance the game is unfair to you, that can get old. Appropriately, the exact same thing can be said about actual Carnival Games, so it's possible that this games biggest flaw is it's well done design.
... Mostly, this is a fun game, with a lot of fun minigames to choose from. It's very comical to play with other people, not so much fun alone. Really need to have a group to get the most out of it, but can't hold a candle to Mario Party 8. Even so, I'm glad I purchased it, and had a lot of fun, with some nostalgia thrown in.
... Having written this review, and remembering the fun I had, I think I have to go back and play it again. One fun thing is collecting the prizes. Even if you don't score big, you can trade up small prizes for larger until you have a complete set. Pointless, but addictive.

What Wii is meant to be.

For those of you less interested in role playing games this is perfect for family fun. Everyone can partake of the fun and you can go head to head with the spouse or the kids. Great!!!

I have a 12 year old daughter. This has become the favorite of all of her friends and is now the family favorite. Lots of fun at sleepovers.

Carnival Wii Fun to Play

I bought this game for my family to play and give all of us a chance to play. My family is new to the Wii so setting up the multiplayer session was a little aggravating. The game itself is lots of fun. My 10 year old finds it boring, but my niece and neighborhood smaller children love it! I like it myself and I'm a 39 year old mom. Overall it's a great game with lots of different carnival games. I recommend it!

Carny games for Free!

I really enjoy playing games on the Wii that utilize the remote controller in a realistic manner. Carnival Games delivers a carny game experience without shelling out all those dollar bills. Fun for all ages, with plenty of games to play. And little extra goodies to make your character look goofy as you progess. Even our four year old enjoys this game. Highly recommended family game.
