GTA3 was my favorite PS@ game ever until I started playing Frontline. I love it, but there are some things you should do to make it better. The new controls they start you with are terrible, I recommend changing to the Classic style immediately. After a few levels you will have it down.

Also, I would play a few games on easy to get the hang of it, but then you have to change it to moderate or hard because those are the settings that make the enemies actually seem intelligent. They hide behind things, do rolls, and try to surround you. It has 19 levels, but I haven't even beat it and I still go back to the early levels to play them over and over. I think it has a lot of replay value. Highly recommended.

This Game Is An Awesome Follow-Up

The game is a great follow-up of the 3 games before. I being a Medal Of Honor own them all now. This game is the best yet. Not only do you get a barage of new weapons, but the missons are sweet. New and better A.I. for both your team and the opposing side. Overall it is a kick-arse game. You gotta get your HANDS ON THIS ONE!

Haven't we played this game all ready?

Don't get me wrong, I love the Medal of Honor series, but something's troubling me. This series has taken a turn for the repetetive, the level design has seriously lacked coming on to the PS2 and PC. Shouldn't they be bigger? More expansive? the worst part is the sarcrifice made to enemy AI and animations. You may get to shoot enemies in different parts of the body, but aparently this does not reflect in the damage you take. You can shoot and enemy in the head 3 times before he goes down, but shoot another enemy once in the knee and he's dead as a door nail. Maybe the knee is there secret weak point? Now what this game does right is sound, authentic, realistic and intense, if only the gameplay followed... Graphically the game is pretty much as good as it gets on the PS2, but if graphics make a game then this is for you, just don't mind the gameplay. There is a bit of replay here as with all the MOH games but the overall game is a little short, well actually average length for these games now-a-days.

Better than PC!!!

I just finished playing the game, and I can quite honestly tell you that this is the finest game ever published for the PS2! Just by looking at the detail of the game gives this five stars. Beyond the graphics, the game play is amazing. You feel like your really there, you'll have a hard time putting the controller down. If you own the PC version you can still get this game, because there are brand new missions. The missions are all different except the Normandy beach scene which is ten times better than before. If you don't believe me about how great this game is, read what everyone else has to say.

MOH: Frontline FINALLY ON PS2

Alright so I bought Frontline and I have to say its an amazing game. First of all the graphics are great. Theres nothing bette than watching some nazi's facial expressions before capping him off. The missions are addicting yet still difficult. All in all it a great game to play. The only major flaw with this game is I was very upset that there was no multiplayer option. Oh well hopefully on the next one I'll be able to ghat out my friends, and with any luck Sony will make it online compatible.

Still... nothing on Halo

MOH Frontline IS a good game. However, I find my self demanding more. Especially in this day and age of front running games like Halo for the XBox (a far supperior game for a far superior machine; I own both systems and games).

MOH has a rich history line and creative missions, however, nothing can beat "smooth" game play. Sure the graphics are good, but the movement leaves much to be desired. It's to bad that they didn't try to match the graphic quality of Bungie Studios and their flawless creation of Halo where things look so beautiful, that I find myself staring at individual blades of grass. MOH prohibits you from jumping over barriers, or three foot walls, or openings in walls... that you look at and know that any human being could do so effective. My point: don't present something visually and expect me to do nothing with it. If you create something that looks like an opening, I should be able to crawl through it.

Too bad that they didn't allow for multiplayer missions either. I would love to storm the beaches of Omaha with my friend playing along with me. Working in tandem, or just flanking. (by the way, did I mention that Halo allows for this?)

Yet...at the end of the day MOH IS a fun game that I will find many hours of game play. It has its own perks. Like the intricacies of each mission; all unique and individual. Whether it be having to hide in a German U-Boat or suiting up in a German officers outfit to spy in the local pub... it is very cool in its own way. I am just dissapointed in all of the hype. It is not the "greatest game of the year" that so many profess, but still very, very, fun.

Great Game but too short!!

Graphics are great.
Music matches perfectly.
Terrific story line.
Authentic weapons and medals to be earned.
Easy to learn controls.
You can actually throw grenades through windows to get the enemy.
The only negative I have for the game is it's too short.
Replayability takes away from the negative (tons of new stuff
to do and find.
GREAT GAME. I bought the system for it and am not disappointed.

Probably the Best Game I've Ever Played

I had been lokking forward to this game since I saw the screenshot. It definitely lived up to its promise. The best part is is that when I first bought the original medal of honor I thought that was the best game I've ever played and that nothing could improve on that well this did. The game's flat-out amazing. The level where you storm the beaches at Normandy is just absolutely incredible. I'm actually gald they took out multiplayer because they obviously used that power to revolutionize the FPS genre.

Band of Brothers / Saving Private Ryan

This is a truly remarkable game. The graphics are superb, the gameplay is terrific (once you get used to it), and the music and sound is amazing. The one fault I have with the game is that some of the missions are extremely long and there is no in-game save option so you could spend 40 minutes and die and have to start all over again. Whatever, it makes it more realistic. The opening level is the first scene in Saving Private Ryan. So for all of you who have seen that movie, you will know how unbelievable it is to have that in a game.
