Matrix Entered On a pretty strong note.

Although the story of this video game doesn't hold up to, let's say the orignal Matrix movie, it has such crazy and amazing combat styles and a soundtrack fantasma, it can hold anyone's attention who isn't 5 years old. The game itself has an alright cast of characters, although i would've enjoyed playing as Neo, however, Niobe and Ghost are better than some random bystanders from The Matrix Reloaded. The game is not the movie, but the storyline is a little worse, even though it was done by the Wachowski Bros. If your the kind of person who enjoys a non-stop action game with cool "bending the matrix" styles of gameplay then go out buy it and have a fun 20 hours of level by level coolness, otherwise go out and see the Matrix Reloaded, not because you'll love it, but so it will break Titanic's reign as the movie at the top of the All-Time box office seller.

Enter the Matrix is simply finominal it deserves much more than 5 stars!!!! You have 2 characters to choose from, the captian of the Logos, Niobe who is almost unbeatable at hand-to-hand combat. Niobe also flys the Logos in the Real World and always takes the wheel in the Matrix. The second character, Ghost is the 1st mate on the Logos he is simply incredible at using weaponry.There is a lot of weapons in Enter the Matrix such as a .380 Security Pistol,a 92FS Automatic Pistol, a p229 S Automatic Pistol, a 9000 S Automatic Pistol, a MP5 Submachine Gun, a M16, a M240 Machine Gun, a Shotgun, a M95.50 Advanced Sniper Rifle , a 40mm Grenade Launcher and a .50AE Automatic Pistol (used by Agents). In this game you truly have entered the Matrix. You can run on walls, do wall kicks, use foot sweeps, and give someone a chokehold. Heres a code 13D2C77F

This game is so cool!I rented from blockbuster and before i returned i bought it! You can use some really cool cheat like-unlimited ammo unlimited focus and unlock all weopons. The characters you can play as are Ghost and Niobe. In multiplayer you can play as Trinity and Morpheous. The guns you get are really cool as well. Some of the moves you can do are come up behinf people and SNAP their necks. If you have a gun you can focus and run up walls all-the time shotting at people below. And you can jump and shoot people when your twisting in mid-air.

This is an amazing game! This game is loaded with action! Play as Niobe or Ghost. Go through the game with loads of gunfights and bullet time! In each level you fight off cops, agents, and SWAT teams! Cheat Code: Infinite Life- 7f4df451. This is a must buy game!

ENTER THE MATRIX is an interesting game. Probably over half of the games of the past were movie tie-ins. However, I don't recall a game being so tied to a film series as ENTER THE MATRIX. While playing the game, you basically are allowed to take a part in the movies. The game fills in many plot holes left between MATRIX: RELOADED and MATRIX: REVOLUTIONS. Plus, once you beat the game it has one of the best previews for MATRIX: REVOLUTIONS that were available.

I enjoyed playing this game and had a lot of fun. I defeated the Ghost course over in a little over four hours and the Niobe course in about five. I think the Ghost sequence is a bit more difficult, but I played the Niobe level first and it took me time to get used to the control of the game.

My favorite part of the game is after you beat the game, you are able to enter into a two person combat mode. In this mode you are able to choose several different characters to fight with someone else. My brother and I have a blast playing these levels. One of our favorites is the police car versus the fire car. Seeing the two cars fight for the first time is absolutely hilarious.

The game is pretty easy to play, but also a lot of fun. Many hard core gamers do not like it because they find it too easy, but it's a great game for a novice or average gamer. Also recommended for Matrix fans.

This is an excellent game brought out by Atari, and developed by Shiny. Speaking of graphics this game has them. The game runs at a smooth frame rate even during large fights. Contrary to what the box says, this game does in fact have multiplayer. It can be acessed by unsing a cheat code in the hacking mode. The fighting sequences are awsome and the action is very fast and furious. You can play through the game using two different characters, Ghost and Niobe, both of whom make appearances in the newley relseased film. To top it off the game packs in a little over an hour of never before seen fotage from the film and also a short trailer for the third and final Matrix movie. I my opinion the unreleased footage from the movie is worth the money. Another cool feature of the game is the ability to enter and exit slow motion at your onw pleasing. In slow motion, you can see the famous bullet time effect and you can dodge them. Overall an excellent game, with only one drawback which would be some graphical glitches.

What is to say about this [weak] excuse for a video game? NOTHING! It's possibly the most boring game I've ever played, and when you use cheats it FREEZES! Not fun.
You just go around shooting people and finding doors. There is no strategy to this game, the only thing remotely close to it is using focus to dodge bullets, which runs out in about 10 seconds. I don't get what all the hype is about this game. There is nothing good about it.
The guns are trying to be like the Bond games, and the guns are pretty good. A really stupid thing is that your health refills automatically by just standing up. That's really to easy, and when you put on focus, you just press square and you character does all these crazy flips to dodge bullets. That was probably the biggest hit with gamers, but didn't impress me.
The levels are really boring, and Atari tries to redeem themselves by adding the driving parts where you have a machine gun and shoot out of a car or drive a car. You can get those kinds of games for less than [dollar amount], much less than the [price]they're selling it for at list price.
All in all, I am really disappointed in this game. They had 2 years to make a wonderful game and they blew it.

This game was one of the best games I have every played. But it has its ups and downs. The gameplay is incredible,the sound effects are amazing, the storyline is..all over the place,and the graphics are.........ok.The best thing in this game is the moves that you can do in slomo.They are easy to to and easy to remember.You can do combos and stuff with them also.Niobie's moves are the best.Another great concept in this game is that if you play as Niobie you get a perspective in the game than Goast. Enter The Matrix is a great game but for the picky gamers I would sugest renting it.
(One more thing i forgot to add,this game tends to freese your PS2 when you are playing.)

When I learned that they were making a Matrix game I thought it would be something like Max Payne except 10 times better. I rented the game 5 days ago and I already beat the game in normal mode. Not only is it a really short game, but the entire game is repetitive. Its the same thing over again; Kill a bunch of cops, run away from agents, kil cops, run from agents. The game is fun at first, but after you beat the first level you realize that its kind of stupid that you're doing pretty much the same thing over again except in a different area. Although, the bullet time effects are awesome. I loved running on the wall while shooting bad guys. Yet another problem I experienced in the PS2 version was the incredible amount of bugs. It seems as though the creators rushed the production of the game. They cared more about getting the game out the same day of Reloaded than the quality of the game. You could be pushing a button to open the door and you would see yourself pushing the button on a different area of the wall. Thats not a major issue though. Another problem is the game freezes a lot. You can beat a level then it'll freeze when its about to ask you to save. If you're lucky sometimes it'll unfreeze just before you're about to reset your PS2. This game could've been a lot better than it turned out.

Don't even bother reading the reviews. If you like the Matrix movies or anything realted to them, go and buy or rent this game.
