Driver 3 is the best game i've played so far in my paystation life. The graphics are cool, damage is wicked-awesome and the explosions are so fun to watch. The only sad thing about this game is that it's only one player. IT'S WORTH THE MONEY!! BUY IT!!

If you can get over the bugs, you'll have a blast

When I bought this game, I turned on my PC and read the review on gamespot. This was before I ever played it. Little did that I know that the professional reviewers thought it was utter crap. Damn, I tought, I shouldn't have bought this game. But then I thought: but the hype! The hype! It must mean something!?
So I played the game. At first I was shocked about the movement of the character Tanner. He runs like someone who has to take a sh*t really bad. And from the first mission, I realised that this game had bugs, just like the review said. But once I was over this initial shock, I really started to like this game. The cars crash spectacularly, the graphics really aren't that bad, the atmosphere of the cities is really convincing (e.g. when it's dusk you see a reddish, orange glow at the horizon over the harbour, very nice), some of the missions are really fun and more elaborate then GTA (in one mission you have to steal cars and ride them in a driving truck, this is one of the most exciting things I've ever done in a video game).
Really, this game isn't bad! It's actually good! Stop comparing this to San Andreas, it is a totally different game.
Also, when you aren't up to playing the missions, causing havoc in the streets of Nice, Miami and Istanbul can be a blast to (sometimes quite literally).
Stop whining about the bugs and start having fun!

driv3r is a viual masterpiece

driv3r stretches the Playstation2's graphic capabilities to their absolute limit. the photo real graphics are one of the greatest qualities of this game. the cities are amazingly designed and some of the views you can get are breathtaking. definatly one of best looking games yet seen.

I thought driver2 was great, but this takes the cake. The graphics are awesome and the sound blew me away. I love Michael Madsen. GTA has some catching up to do.

this game is realy cool because of its soundtrack and gameplay .game play rules in this game I think it is worth your mony.If your parents do not let you have gta then this is good for you because it has no blood no well u now sex.very very good game.

This game was supposed to be one of the best games of the year but turned out to be a huge dissapointment. There's so many glitches in the game you don't know what's going on. If it's not getting stuck in the wall it's cars popping out of no where. It's just one thing after another. The shooting and aim is just terrible. They make it extremely hard to shoot someone. The driving also sucks which is a surprise because the game is called Driver so there should be decent driveing. It feels like your on ice. Your car just slides all over unrealisticly. The upsides to this game would be the nice voice acting and cutscenes. The graphics aren't nothing to be proud of but the detail in the city is nicely done. There is a nice selection of mini games and bonus stuff. But at the end it feels like it's unfinished and there should of been more and a lot of the errors should of been fixed. For $50.00 you should invest it into something else. This is just another HUGE dissapointment but if your curious what the game is like rent it but BEWARE!

This is the best game ever. It has awsome graphics, realistic damage, and good guns. I like GTA but Driv3r is WAY better. It has realistic graphics unlike GTA's cartoonish graphics, you can go swimming, and instead of spending 6 months on a game like Rockstar, Reflections Spent 4 YEARS on this game. If you like car chases and the freedom like GTA except with way better cars and graphics you should defintly check this game out.

I DO and DO NOT agree with the reviewers here. Driver is not a bad game and it has some flaws too. It's true , it came out with a BIG opponent (GTA, Vice city). BUT let's not forget Driver is a Driving Game. You get a lot of fun out of it, since it's not based on competition but on a storyline. The minigames are difficult but fun.

PROS: Graphics are great.
Gameplay is fun.
You can spend a lot of time on the free mode "Just Driving"
You can use all your experience gained on Gran Turismo to beat some of the mini games.
Very powerful replay editor (nice tools: slow motion, free camera to look where you want, add more cameras to the scene and many more like that).

CONS: Well, you can read all the "One star reviews" and you can get some of the flaws. I can only say they're like on a "Fanatic point of view" because they are not that bad to make driver a game with less than 3 stars , which is anyway a good game.

I can only tell you one BIG mistake: Any car, including an 18 wheeler , will crash with tiny objects like a street lamp or a bush on the road... It makes no sense !!!

...well...

If you are just a gamer who want's a good time and you don't make a BAD REVIEW the event where you can really tell to others how a BAD GUY you are... well, you may enjoy DRIV3R.

WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT THE GAME THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FUN.BUT THE GAME PLAY IS SO STUPID. WHEN YOU BURNOUT PEOPLE START TO SCREAM AND RUNAWAY. COPS IS ALSO STUPID BECAUSE THEY JUST ARE STUPID. THE GRAPHICS IS KINDA GOOD BUT THE GAME BOY ADVANCE GRAPHICS IS WAY BETTER THAN THIS GRAPHICS. THEY SAID THAT EVERYTHING IS DESTRUCABLE BUT WHEN YOU HIT A POLE OR A BUILDING IT DOESNT EVEN BREAK OR SOMETHING. WHO EVA IS READING THIS RIGHT NOW DONT BUY THIS GAME CUZ IT SUCKS ASS!!!!!!!!
