Man, I had such an experience with this game. I was in 2 clans, [38] and
, both were dutch clans. It was an amazing experience, so realistic. My piece of advice to anyone seriously interested in this game is to stay serious, people take you very seriously in a clan. After leaving 38 I was in SH for a bit, but I had internet probs for 2 weeks straight, and I can't really explain it, but I was betrayed, and have been a loner ever since. 38 wouldn't let me back in. It tought me great things about keeping your mouth shut, staying sharp, and knowing your allies. Remember: A bad friend is worse than an enemy. Now on to the important stuff. One very important thing: there are lots of veterans of this game around, so don't expect it to be a walk in the park. I had to practice for 2 months before I could even remotely compete. For all you gun freaks, this game has it all: Ingrams, FAMASs, MP5Ks and MP5 Navies, Desert Eagles, AK47s, and Saiga-12s to name a very few. Gameplay is intense, esp. if you are not back to back with an ally, and the only gameplay flaw I can name is that many homemade maps are imbalanced toward a certain side. To anyone who may have known me, this is Vicious, now and forever a loner of TacOps.

I am playing TO for over 2 years when the first beta Version was coded by Shaggy Boy. So i witnessed every step of the impressive evolution of TACTICAL OPS !!! Its the most addictive Modification i ever saw. Whatever you prefer Tac-Ops will fulfill your desire !!!

I've been a TO fanatic since the days of S.W.A.T...Have had a lot of good times and memories with TO & it can only get better...A must buy for anyone that loves strategy along with team play.....hiccup

Tactical Ops is one of the best squadshooters in the scene. Better than Counter-Strike and no competitor for games like Global Operations or Team Factor.

I play TO almost every day for like 7 month now. This game is the best multi player FPS. It is fast fun and very addictive. I recommend it to Avery body and I will buy retail version as soon as it is out just to support a TO development team.

Yes, it's true... I have been playing Tactical Ops since they were named S.W.A.T.... I remember the good ol days... it has changed over the couple years. 2 1/2 I think. But anyways... this is a wicked mod you guys. I recommended this to all my friends/family ... my dad even plays! He is 43! Anywho, it makes the game more fun when more and more people join... so if you like counter-strike... u will love this mod! It has the same gameplan in a way... but as u can see by the pics... not even close in graphics/game play wise (On TacticalOps) Half-Life engine isnt even as close as this good!

I, too, have been playing this mod since it's inception. Let me tell you, this IS the only FPS! Great graphics, cool maps, and REAL STRATEGY! Teamplay is essential, and that's what makes this game a notch above all others. Good Job, TO Team.
