This game is absolutely incredible! Not only is it fun but it is also something that you have to learn about it in high school which gave me a head start! The game is very, very true to mythology. It talks about Greek, Atlantean, Norse, and Egyptian mythology. It also has some very important and minor gods like Apollo, Poseidon, Zeus, Osiris, Isis, Hel, Anubis, Loki, and Thor(just to name a few). The thing that's so different about this game is that you get to make your own army with as many warriors and monsters(or myths) as you want. Addictive should be this games middle name! Long story short this game is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

I got this as a last-day-of-summer-school gift, and it is just so amazing! You make an army, grow resources, worship a god, pretect your city, make allies and enemies, etc. This is so amazing, the only thing you'll regret related to this is not getting it!

This is another one of my favorite games. I like being able to task many units at the same time. Age of Mythology allows you to start out with nothing and build an economy. Villagers gather resourses to make improvments. Eventualy, you will need to train an army and advance all your weapons an cruch your enemy's economy before they destroy yours.

This is an amazing game. It is by far the best game like it, compleatly trumping both age of empires, with its god powers this game rocks my socks. Even the cheats are the best and funniest ever. In what other game can you make exploding methain chickens of doom fall from the sky?

Age of Mythology Gold Edition is a great fun game. I love it. When I started playing my Mom had to confiscate it because I was playing it too much. It was all I thought about over the course of the first week.

Im a student and I desided to get this game because I like stagety games...anyways I uploaded it and it was great easy to instail fun to play. Im currentley studying mythology in my globel/english classes and I new all of the Gods because they are involved in this game, along with what they were know for and how they "helped" there worshipers

This is a great RTS game. If you like Age of Empires, but loved the wild fantasy aspect of Warcraft, then this is the perfect mix for you. All the great gameplay of Age, with lots of mythical creatures and gods to make things interesting. The gold edition is the original game with the Titan's expansion. Lots of addictive play ahead of you.

A very well designed game, stellar in its class.

Age of Mythology (AOM) is yet another game by microsoft. You can make 4 types of units:
* buliders/workers: These guys get you recources for you (to make other things) and build buildings to defend your town and to make other units.
*Heros: Good against myth units, is supposed to be bad against human units, but I think they are pretty good against humans too.
*Myth units: definatly the coolest units, these guys sport being good fighterswith effective secial attacks, but fail against heros (especialy my favorite, Arkantos.)
*human fighters: a run of the mill sort who fight okay and entertain you as they are slaughtered by myth units. (my favorite myth unit special attack is the ogar's throw attack, which I call "ogar air"

The main problem is, for some reason, the single player mode is not as fun as Age of empires 2's single player mode was. But the campaigns are much more fun than Age of Empire's was.

This is a game where the children actually learn something. My 11 year old daughter and her friends love mythology and this game fits the bill.

Just great! Excellent! This post is not be rated, it's just my personal opinion and I know everyone who have played this game would think the same way. I just can't wait for Age of Empires III, I am sure it would be even better.
