This was the first gamecube game I bought and it is so good, I've been playing it for months and I still am. The controls are really tight, and the action is awesome in 4 player multiplayer matches. Its also cool to play the story mode co-op with your friend.

O.K wow what a great game.Me and my friends play this game all the time.The graphics are just awesome.The controlls are easy to master.There are a lot of unlockables for this game so it will keep you busy for a while.you can play up to four players when you got friend over.I really love this game.

Timesplitters 2 is an awesome game. I just got it last night and i cant stop playing it. It may seem short, being that there are only 10 levels in story mode, BUT... there are 45 levels in arcade mode, plus, playing by yourself for the heck of it, and the best darn multiplayer out! This game is totally worth every penny, the only downside is that the graphics arent that good, but who realy cares?

Wonderful Multiplayer

I was a big fan of Bond... but it does not shake a stick at this game. The single player isnt bad and is necessary to unlock some stuff, but it is worth it. This game has the best multiplayer games of any console game. It has about 20 different game styles (deathmatch, tag, capture the flag, etc.), something like 30 maps (compared to bond's seven or so). It has almost 100 characters, and 40 weapons or so. The bot feature is nice when you're playing multiplayer because people don't get mad at you for kicking their butts. Also, it saves your player profiles, so if you have 5 friends that usually play, and they all have different controls set up, you dont have to re-setup the controller every day. In short, this is absolutely the best game you can get for a multiplayer FPS. Warning: you can't jump in this game (which is wierd). so its slightly less of a 3d game. also, some of the guns are pretty big and can obstuct your view. I just wish it had online play. enjoy!

Goldeneye has met its match. Timesplitters 2 has great graphics, awesome gameplay, and good replay value. I also like the multiplayer story modes. This is the game you pull out when your friends want to play a good shooter game.

This game is totally everything i look for in a first-person-shooter.You can play Deathmath to monkeys assistant just for fun.The levels are great,The characters are really sweet(especially Monkey!).There are guns,mines,flamethrowers and fire extinguishers all sorts of combat weapons.This is a great all around game.If uyou find it under $30.00 you're getting a heck of a deal.

This game is probably the best game I ever owned on PS2 and Im writing about it 4 years after I first owned it, thats how good it is. Although people are right, its meant to be played with friends. If you have 2-4 people this game is unbelievable, yeah you can play solo and its still fun but what takes this game to the next level is its multiplayer fun. You will literally spend hours playing this game with your friends in one sitting. Buy now its so cheap!

This is the greatest first-person shooter ever followed closely by Timesplitters 1. The multyplayer is fantastic with no mess-ups. The story improved very much. The game allows you to choose tons of characters,
weapons, game modes, and levels. You can also play with 3 friends in 4-player multiplayer. You can also add 10 computer players.

ok... lets look at something...
When I am writing this, there are currently 85 customer reviews out. NONE of them give one star. 3 of them give two star. 2 give three star. The rest are 4-5. I think that that alone should tell you something about the game.
Anyway... I just want to warn you... this is NOT a game you get if you arn't going to have a friend/brother/sister that is gonna play with you. This game's forte is DEFININTLY multiplayer. The map editing is really cool, I love how you can put points where you teleport from place to place. Graphics are acceptable.
Give you a few examples of the multiplayer modes:
Monkey Helper- monkeys help the person in last place
Deathmatch- typical kill them all thing
Team deathmatch- same thing except with teams
Shrinker- the more points you get, the bigger you become
Virus- last person not infected wins!
vampire- kill everyone, then they become your underlings
there are a ton more, but I cant remember them all

This is a great game. Single player mode I would give it a 3, but once you start plaing with your brother and cousins it's the best shoot em up game ever. I have invested over a 170 hours into this game and I finally unlocked the last character a couple months ago ago. And I still have story mode (level expert) to complete. It has a ton of computer characters including a monkey, duck, and gingerbread man. It has real weapons like the luger pistol, and futuristic weapons such as the electro tool. There are tons of games to choose from in arcade mode, the best of which are elimination (set number of lives, lose them all you're dead till end of match), Death match and Team Death match (clasic kill em all), virus (one character starts with the virus, as he touches others it spreads, last uninfected wins), and capture the bag (captire the flag with weapons and a bag). This game will keep you busy for a LONG time. And it's addictive. I still bring this out for a round every now or then. Overall, 100 stars 5 thumbs up buy buy buy!!!!
