If you're looking at this game because you enjoyed "Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis", you'll be disappointed by this one. It's a dressed-up Prince of Persia, lacking the imagination and creativity of "..Atlantis".

I was put off this game initially by people saying 'it was to much like tomb raider.' I don't actually like tomb raider but i went out and bought this game anyway. With the light out and some practise with the controls, this game becomes quite scary.. Glowing skeletons and snakes that bight, gave me a real fright.. It has excellent graphics and sounds like waterfalls etc.. All its custom controls like turning on hints and setting difficulty are helpful.. Finally it is nothing like tomb raider, it is an indiana jones with a style of its own..

I saw a review in a newspaper that said that "this game is better than Tomb Raider and blows all other games away". So I went out and got it thinking yeah right! When I got home I set it up and they were right! This game has the best graphics and the best story line ever! Even better than Tomb Raider! If you want a good solid action game, get Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine!

I feel that this game was better than any Tomb Raider game I've played. Both deal a lot with archaeology and that interests me, but Indy seems to outshine Lara Croft. The actual games are similar but I feel that this title is more plot driven and a lot more fun. the only thing I say Lara is better at is jumping. I always enjoyed jumping around as Lara because she almost seemed like Spider Woman, and I loved it. I recommend you get this game and if you want to spend a few extra bucks any of the Tomb Raider titles. You'll have months of entertainment coming to you!

100% Fun, 100% Action, 100% Indy!

I am not an experienced gamer, in fact this is the first real computer game I have bought and so far I am loving it! It feels 100% Indiana Jones and the story thus far (I'm not done yet!) has been entertaining. Some people have complained that there are a lot of different keys to learn for different movements. However, after warming up on the first level you pretty much have all of the important ones down. I highly recommend this game to anyone who likes Indiana Jones and wants a crack at solving an Indy mystery on their own! (I would have given this 4.5 stars if possible!)

The Infernal Machine will keep you on the edge of your seat until you finish it. The control seems a little awkard a first, but you'll get used to it within minutes. The weapons and items are varied (everything from a primitive machete to a bazooka!), and the puzzles will keep you scratching your head for hours on end. Granted, the story could use some work, but the great graphics and the cutscenes help you look over that.

This is a great game it is lots of fun you can swing with your whip and you can swim HINT watch out for sharks in the water they will bite you.I only downloaded the demo in the demo you can fight by punchings shoting with five guns and wipe stuff out of bad guys hands and you can cut with a sword thing and the guns include mechine guns refevolvers rifles you fight naszis and sharks and little fish that bite och!! it is worth downloding it does have some blood soo some young people will not like it I am not all that old myself but it does not bother me the least bit I have never played Tomb Raider and don't want to becuse from what I have heard this game is a lot better download the demo and if you like it buy the game the demo is not one of those dumb demos that give you like five minutes of gameplay and then its over this gives you the first level and it is long you can save when ever you want in a lot of demos when you selcet save it says NOT AVILABLE IN DEMO VERSION I love It both my sisters love it GET IT!!

An excellent adventure game

I like it very much, although some parts of the game are very difficult to complete, I'm not talking about puzzles(they are wonderful). I prefer the first generation Lucasarts Indiana Jones adventure games, mainly based on puzzles, not fights or difficult jumps. It is a must have for Indiana Jones fans

I loved this game. It has engrossing levels, fun enemies, and tricky puzzles. Okay, don't like puzzles? Buy the strategy guide. The graphics are awesome, and while the keyboard controls are a bit awkward at first, you get used to them in two minutes. I would recommend this game to anyone.

LOVED IT! This game is great! Very cool graphics and the sound is great, too.Hours of fun moving through every imaginable place Indiana would have gone to. This was definately worth the asking price!
