Mario (and Luigi) are back, but in a way more fun game than you could have imagined! More levels, more power-ups, and more functions than any Mario game you've ever played before. But that's not all. There are also minigames that you can play with up to 4 other players with. And they don't even have to own this game! You WILL get addicted!

I loved Mario on the regular Nintendo; I played it all the time. A friend recommened this system, saying this game was the price of admission alone. Id have to agree with her. This game is fun and can pass time very fast. The minigames are also fun. I dont play video games alot, but i'm very happy with this game.

New Super Mario Brothers

I must admit I was a little disappointed when I started playing this game. I assumed it was a new adventure, really it's just a combination of Super Mario Brothers and Super Mario Brother 3 with a few new twists. It is a good game, but a little easy. I am not that great of a gamer and I got to level 3 in under an hour. This game would be good for kids or someone who wants to play Mario Brothers agian.

great throw back to NES days w/ a moder flare. Giant mario is super fun and you get to be him in the first level.

This game really feels like Super Mario Bros. 3 for the original NES. They do integrate some gameplay elements from the Super Mario World series in the platform portion of the game, and there are also some obvious improvements to the franchise. Turning into a giant mario and smashing the entire level to pieces is much more fulfilling than getting a star and strobe-lighting your enemies to death. All the new stuff aside, the real reason to get this game is that the level design, layout of the worlds, and very simple "save the princess from the lizard people" story line all harken back to SMB 3.

Most gamers today (myself included) that go back and play those classic games often find them impossibly difficult. I'll never beat my old Galaga highscores for example. While many of the secrets in New SMB are just as difficult to uncover as the ones from SMB3 (and there are even more secrets and easter eggs), the general gameplay is more forgiving. You never need to watch your life-count for example. This is a great game, and a must for any long time gamer.

Este juego fue un regalo para mi hija, pero de verdad que todos en la familia lo hemos disfrutado muchísimo, otro gran acierto de la gente de Nintendo. Altamente recomendable.
