Hey all, this has turned out to be a very enjoyable game. I remember playing this when it was at the arcade and it definitely is better than the arcade version. Very nice graphics, smooth gameplay and controls and just overall a good gaming experience.

A pretty interesting game with good graphics and challenging gameplay. A must have for fans of midway's games.

This game is being re-released on XBOX with better graphics. If you are planning on picking up XBOX, I'd definitely hold off on this purchase. As for the game itself, it is quite good, remaining true to the original theme of Spy Hunter, while adding a 3D element. Well done.

I bought this game not knowing what to expect....after playing it for 4 hours straight i came up with that this is the best game for the playstation 2, the graphics are amazing and the they way the car changes into 4 different things is so cool anyway buy this game or ask for it around christmas time!

This game is cool. If you want mission style games, shooting games and driving games, this is the game that you want. The graphics are cool, the weapons and you can be transformed into a speedboat or a motorcycle. This game will.....HUNT you!!!

The graphics and animations are superb, and the control is very accurate - unless you want to go in reverse. However, the load times are a bit annoying. One stage, in particular, you are given a poorly handling civilian vehicule to escape in 60 sec. with little margin of error. While this does add a bit of variety to the game, if you mess up or take a wrong turn, you have to wait 2+ min. to try again and end up waiting more than playing. This sequal also loses the simplistic, frantic pleasure of the original and adds a complexity, with numerous goals, that I never missed in the arcade. All this aside, though, the levels are beautiful and some are quite long. The two player levels are also fun, but I think they'd even be more fun with four. This is more of a pleasant little distraction than a keeper.

This game is good in every way eccept for a couple. What's up with the story line??????, pretty out of this world! And 2 player mode!, I won't botther to say.

Spy Hunter is a brilliant rendition of the arcade classic!! Excellent play control, and awesome graphics, as to be expected from the various game systems out there. Hidden routes are to be found, and the different backgrounds add a realistic touch. A real must-have for any fan of the arcade classic!!!
