First of all, the original Spy Hunter was one of the best classic games of all time. And this is a great remake. Most people that I know who did not like this still think that the original game is hard. Enough said.
Winning the game was very easy. Winning each board with all objectives in the amount of time you need for the cheats - much harder.
Overall, great game. Great graphics, great gameplay and hey, it's SpyHunter - if you don't like having a flamethrower on the back of your car that's your problem.

This is definantly a must have for the PS2. This classic arcade game has came through with a great sequal. There is no game like spy hunter out there. The level design is amazing and the locations are great. The missions are objective based and are very fast paced action packed fun. This sequal shares alot of the great things that were in the original but is fine tuned in 3D and funner than ever.

This game is excellent. I'm a big Spy Hunter fan from the arcade version. This new version is even better. The graphics are great and the transformation from car - boat - to even a killer bullet bike is outstanding. Definately worth buying.

I'm so glad I don't have to pay quarters to play this game. This is so much better. Everything on it is better. I would recommend this game to anyone. This game is one of the funnest games ever. It's a milestone like Gran Turismo 3 but It's worth the money and I would buy it again.

I must say that this game is incredible!! I used to play the original when I was younger, and was a little skeptical about the new version thinking that it wouldn't have the same feel and ambience of the original, but I was highly impressed. The New Spy Hunter game is equipped with everything needed in a spy chase game. The graphics are so pristine and clear , that its amazing. i highly recommend this game to anyone, especially to those of you who remember the original one back in the 80s.

Spyhunter is an awesome game! I played this with my nephew, and we enjoyed unlocking level after level. We managed to beat the game which was very exciting. Even after beating the game, this is fun to play in 2 player mode.

This game is everything the James Bond series isn't. You know those two or three driving missions in all the Bond games? The ones where you get to drive something hot like an Aston Martin with rockets and guided missiles? I always enjoy them, but there are so few that I play them to death and quickly tire of them. SpyHunter (now a few years old) is still the epitome of arcade, shoot-em-up racing. Your car, the Interceptor, has all the Bond-esque features you love (like smoke screens and machine guns) with the added bonus of MORE THAN TWO MISSIONS!! Fourteen missions still isn't much, but who's counting if the gameplay is good? (esp. if you add in the unlockable movies, multiplayer games and cheats)...P.S. The first level can seem daunting at first, since there's no Tutorial. But you must pass it! You must! Pass it, I say!

Just buy it! For all the true belivers that you shouldn't improve on an original, forget it. This should have been done. Besides the top notch graphics and the since of true physics instead of game physics, the missions with their hidden objectives make this game a must have.
I have beaten the game and still continue to play it. Plus after you beat it... The two player options give you challenges are fun and just plain chaotic.
I am an old fashioned arcade lover and this helps stay in the here and now.
Shoulda coulda woulda ... I'm glad they did.

I always thought people who played video games were loosers. Then I bought a Playstation2/Spy Hunter for my kids. Now I can't switch the game off. My kids hate me and my marriage is in ruins. BRILLIANT! Spy Hunter is for all right thinking adults out there. Kids...go and play on your bikes!

Spy hunter and Fonzie have one thing in common...
They're both cool. Buy this game. If u like racing and blowin......S!@t up, get this game.
