Ok,you guys know the feeling you get when yugi is in deep trouble in the t.v shows,this is the exact same thing.this game you have to fuse monsters to make them stronger,yuo will have to travel to the future and then come back.you will find people like joey in their ancient times.you will have to duel with other familliar dulers and the more you win the stronger and more cards you will get.(here is a review from the game)IN ANCIENT EGIPT THERE EXISTED A FORCE SO POWERFUL...IT HAD TO BE LOCKED AWAY FOR A MILLENIA......you will have to unravel the secrets of the ultimate power and the seven millenium items in your own risk.BE WARNED OF THE SECRTS OF A MISTERY PERSON YOU WILL MEET WITH SOMTHING UP HIS SLEAVE...............HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!HA!..................

this is a good games for kids it teaches kids to be strategic. im a 12yr old boy i got yugioh forbidden memories for my 13th birthday and it is the best playstation game that has ever come out for the forgotten psone. I let my little cousin play he wouldnt stop playing i had to actually hide the playstation from him hehe i also play the card game it is really so parents give yugioh a chance.

This game is excellent for Yu-Gi-Oh! fans. The game is short, but good. Learn to duel before getting this game. In the game you may enter a password located on the bottom right corner of the playing cards. Then you may exchange star chips you get after defeating other duelists for the card. Overall, I give this game four stars.

This is the best duel monsters video game ever made for PS1.For beginners, if you want to know more about the rules and battle phases of the game, buy this video game!!!!!!!!

My friend got me this game after a month of waiting for a good game. (i was gettin bored of vice city) I got it and tried it out instantly! At first I thought it was stupid how the monsters had no effects and that my strongest monster was mushroom man #2.(atk 1250 def 800) But soon I figured out how to fuse monsters. I also didnt understand how to use gaurdian stars. This game is not like the card game but it is still fun.
This game is very fun and it is cool because you need to EARN cards. You can still put in the number on the bottom of the card but you need star chips. Here is a couple of passwords for people who dont want to buy the cards. Prevent Rat (0054991) 100 star chips, Hinotama (46130346) 55 star chips. Also use these three tipes of cards in this order to make twin headed thunder dragon. A machine, then dragon, then thunder.
Thunder and dragon are pretty hard to find but machine is easy. Here is a thunder:55875323 35 star chips. An easy way to get star chips is to beat Simon Muran in free battle over and over again. Soon you will get so good you will be able to get 5 star chips for beating him.

I did not like the game at all because it wouldent let me attack even when I had a curse of dragon against a basic insect and I ended up losing when it fused with another very strong monster.
I am a big fan of yu-gi-oh but if the instructions told me how to attack I might of just won the battle.
I was so frustrated with the game I told my mum to take it straght back to where she got it from.
I am not a complainer its just I was not satisfied with the game...

I liked the game. It was realy hard and fun at the same time. If you are just starting the game then you will be suprised wants you beat the game. The opponets are really hard at the end of the game. If you beat the game you should have some very good cards. I like the game but it could have bin a bit better.

When the TV show came out I became a Yugioh fan. I buy cards of the game and go to tournaments and I even beat the duelist leader for rare cards. This game is cool when Yugi wakes up and went to Kaiba's tournament, but the battlefield is the same thing. Duels are fun when you up against a hard opponent. This game is hard to beat with any thinking before you make your move. This show is been on air for like 2 years now. And I'm still a fan of it. I know a lot of people play this game in school. When Beyblade came out a lot people play that instead of Yugioh, they lost a lot of fans then.
