I really enjoyed this game because of the entertaining premises and the fun screenplay. I recomend this game to people who enjoyed the movie. To enjoy this game you are required basic reading skills.

In this game you are required to carry out tasks to complete the level, (e.g)Escort Queen Amidala to her royal stae ship, or place a bet on the Boonta eve podraces.

I recomend it highly to age groups 8-20.

I'm a huge Star Wars fan. I know that no longer means much because there are so many of us out there, but I just wanted to start off by saying that. I actually bought PlayStation for this game because my computer wasn't fast enough to play it. Without enough money to buy the game right away, I rented it. I loved the movie, and the game was good as well. It might seem short with only ten levels, but don't be fooled, it's a long game. I like how you get to play as Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon, Captain Panaka and Queen Amidala. The action was fun, and I liked that you had the choice of what to say. Plus, the voice acting was pretty realistic, besides Queen Amidala. She sounded nothing like Natalie Portman who played her in the movie. The levels were fun especially the last one. You get to kill Darth Maul, but he's especially hard to beat. The reason I give this four stars is because the graphics weren't that great, but it did have good FMV sequences. I think that this game could've been a lot better with updated graphics, but if you like Star Wars enough to buy it, you won't be disappointed. It's a good game, and most of you should enjoy it as much as I did.

This game is horrible first of all the play is slow. This game gets confusing after a while the levals are just too chanelging! The graphics are weak and a poor excuse for a star wars game. The voice overs are soo weak! It takes way too long to load and get thourgh a leval. This doens't even follow the movie real well it goes out of the way and follows the smallest details. This is a must not buy and a huge letdown. Star Wars derserves a better game for thier first movie a almost 20 years and especially with all the new technology around. Don't buy this game!

Star wars phantom menace is THE game to buy! The first couple levels are great and really get you ready for the tough ones near the end. The Mos Espa level is really tough but also really fun. The graphics could be alot better and the speech is sometimes hard to hear because of their low voices. The only downside to the game are the levels when you have to protect people from destroyer droids and giant tanks and every kind of laser-shooting monster that dwells inside the game. Overall it is very fun and anyone with the moola should definitely buy it. It would be a great gift to any star-wars or playstation fanatic

This game is getting by only because of it's name. My Sega Genesis had better graphics. This was mud! Action wise? Lame. I gave mine away within 48 hours.

This was flat out one of the worst games that I have ever encountered for the Playstation. The graphics are weak and the gameplay is just plain boring. I rented this game and turned it off after about 15 minutes of boredom.
