Gundam Fight All Set, Ready, GO

Somewhat clunky style to get used to, controls are iffy but it actually lends itself to the gameplay a bit. 30 Mobile Suits.. I'm a hardcore fan so I find it incredibly fun.

first of all, you should know that this game is all about button-mashing. in fact, the mashing ability needed to play this game makes other button-mashing games seem easy. now, the basic terminology the giant robots in this game are called mobile suits. gundams are the popular humanoid mobile suits that this game focuses on. there are also various non-gundams in this game that are usually just as strong as gundams. next, game play. graphics are basically, two-dimensional trying to look three-dimensional but the lack of better graphics can be overlooked during battles. you may find it easy to unlock things at first, then tougher as you get better at it. oh and here is my tip (you must follow these instructions exactly or else my tips will not work) to unlock survival, time attack B and the psyc(h)o gundam mkIII (in that order), you must set street mode to hard and set the time limit to 99 seconds, then, win street mode with maxter, tallgeese III, master gundam, deathscythe, zaku IIS, (wing) zero custom, burning and rx-79 (in that order) then, play as the dark gundam in time attack B and beat every mobile suit in less than 3 seconds. in the end, it is a good game that will probably keep your interest for months. plus, I've been told it's much better than the original gundam battle assault.

The most fun in a Mobile Suit Gundam Game I've ever had. You start out with the basics like a story mode and Versus mode and and a hand full of. You can pick from a number of mobile suits from difrent Series and Universes. As you go through the story mode you start to unlock a stream of unlockable goodies. That will take weeks or months to finsih. I've had mine for a around year now and still haven't unlocked every thing. This great for a fan of fighter games or gundam, but either way parts of the game can get tedious like haveing to go through a certian campign 3 or 4 times to unlock every thing. The game has a good style and enough varity to keep you busy for quite some time. But it still is no match for the newer Gundam games on the PS2.

What is the point of this game.

To be honest I really like the gundam series,but this is an all
time low for gundam. The game is long,dull,and redundant. If any thing this game is for the true die-hard fan. But to keep this review short it is a good buy ,but watch out for big zam.

Please get this game!!! I had ordered the last copy of this game from toysrus.com and playing it was great!! When i felt bad, i played this game! this game took more than a month to come!! It came on the first day of school!! My car has a t.v on top and a playstation 2 in it. so i got to play very quickly.. but then,yesterday 10 - 5 - 2003 something horribile happened, i was robbed!!!!!!!!!!!!! all my stuff was taken from me and i check the computer to find a new memory card and gundam game when it has been sold out everywhere including computer and stores.So please get this game or you'll regreat it!!

I got both battle assult 1 2 I like 2 better because its got alot more suit more fighting move all the charter in gundam wing.and buring gundam is so cool.I like wing zero and buring gundam his real name is shinging gundam but in the game he changes.in story mode you will like burning gundam story line he trying to find his bro.but for starters ill perfer not using the good suit like wing zero burning tailgess3 dythsthy ok but this combos are hard wufie good control ok.cetri trowa those are the worth dont play with them.but in gundam battle assult1 the wing zero improve very well.for all you gundam pilot suit up or shut up.

I love this. I just got it a month ago and so far it is great.I'm a huge fan of gundam; my favorite seires is G Gundam/ God Gundam. This is deffinity a game you should buy. You can play as Burning gundam,Wing Zero custom, Gundam Maxter, Deathcycle Hell custom,and Gundam in the story mode; and a bunch more in practice mode.

While I enjoyed this title very much, I saw a few short commings in it...Mostly had to do with one or 2 Gundams I am highly familiar with, to have special attacks or special abilities I did not believe were appropriate for the suit...other than that it wasa a very fun game with a fair amount of replay value
