This is one of the games I have ever played in my life!I love this game!People sometimes even puke!This game is also sometimes funny.I wonder when the fourth game comes out?If you love RollerCoasters you should get this game!Get this game NOW!

rollercoster tycon is a great game. you are the one controlling the park. if you want to be a construction maniger when you grow up this is the game for you. you can also have this game just for fun (like me). you can play around or be serious it doesn't matter. imagine a rollercoster and you can build it right here on you computer with the game rollercoster tycon. buy this game and have the time of your life for the summer, fall, spring or winter. thanks for your time and effort.

Roller Coaster Tycoon is a fun-filled, exciting, and challenging game that never gets old. There are new scenarios every time you beat an old one, and the enjoyment of seeing your park succeed is something someone of any age can experience. In RCT you can design an unlimited amount of roller coasters and other rides, while adding scenery, staff, and souvenier shops to your park. This game is always getting better! After owning it for quite a time, I have still not "beaten" it. This is something you will definetely not regret buying!

I bought this game because I am obsessed with roller coasters. I was shocked when I put this in of how much you can do! I got it the first day out and it's the best roller coaster simulation out their right now (Becides some of the On-line 3D ones) Forget about Sim Theme Park or Sim Coaster, their so... urgh! This game along with the 2 other expancion packs make one great game! I would reccommend this game to anyone! It's so addicting. But now... Just wait for Roller Coaster Tycoon 2, which is going to top the first one!

Ooooh, I love this game! It totally rocks... it's challenging and fun and satisfies my desire for details - of which there are plenty. Obviously, you get to build your own theme park, but it's so much more than that. From patrons throwing up on the sidewalk after getting of a crazy ride, to the little maintenance guys who come along and clean it up of their own accord, to the little trash cans that get over-full, and the kids that giggle and jump up and down after they get off of a particularly fun ride, this game is very entertaining. There are water rides, slides, kiddie-rides, trams, bumper cars, and of course lots of roller coasters (pre-built, or personally designed)... the whole she-bang -- you can even build your roller coasters underground!
Definitely addictive, and definitely worth the investment - especially if you like sim games.

if you're looking for a game that is funny you should get this game because you can pick people up and put them somewhere else. It's exciting because you can build many things you might see at a carnival or theme park but don't go bankrupt.

Defenitely worth it, I'd say. It really helps you expand your creativity, and translate it into rides and parks. I've never had so much fun with a game before, so I highly suggest it.

I bought this game for my son (13) for Christmas. By far, this is his favorite gift. My son, daughter (10), and myself all are hooked on creating amuzement parks. Even my 5 year old enjoys watching because the graphics and sounds are great. The game requires planning strategies, design ideas, and creative thinking. We enjoy this so much, I will buy the expansion packs soon.

Here is a brief and dull overview of the Highly Addictive game "Rollercoaster Tycoon:
This simulation theme park game is, in my view, the best theme park simulation. You have 14 rollercoaster styles, from minetrains to monorails, which you can choose to edit. Unlike 'Sim Theme Park' there is no 'mother-like' creature bugging you to do things. This game gets right to the point. I also think, compared to Sim Theme Park, that Rollercoaster Tycoon does the best job creating a life-like simulation. This game is very easy to learn (I learned it in 20 minutes). You have a choice of many styles such as Roman, Egyptian, and many more. You also have a choice of about 10+ parks.

So, if you were wondering whether to purchase Sim Theme Park or RollerCoaster Tycoon, here is the answer. I own both, and have played each extensively. RollerCoaster tycoon is superior. WARNING: THIS GAME IS HIGHLY ADDICTIVE. :)

This is a good game to get into if you've got some time on your hands. It's definitely addicting, but it's not the type of addicting like where it's boring as hell but you want to keep playing to unlock secrets and whatnot. It gets more challenging as you play, and doesn't slow down. You're constantly moving and keeping the park clean as well as the rides moving smoothly. You're keeping your patrons from [getting sick]... and keeping them from leaving the park, and want them to spend as much money as they have in your park.
You can design your own rollercoasters, water rides, go kart rides, etc. It's a great game to get into, but just be aware that you'll want to keep playing once you've started.
