Fun for many players, smooth game play, brings back memories

A good game. It is one of the better multi-player games and worth the investment especially if you have people to play with. Very smooth game play & I hear the graphics get even get even better with the expansion pack. One draw back, it is a little short. We beat it pretty quickly. For fellow twenty-something players...it brings back arcade memories! Happy gaming!

A remake of a classic nintendo game

The 3d environment, was an inprovement of the classic 2d environment but the birds eye view still gave me the same classic feeling of playing the original gauntlet game. A couple of times the view would spin and disoriantate you a little. But There was no other way to give you this great veiw without the ocasional spin to correct the oriantation of veiw. I was disapointed in the number of levels in the game but other than that I thought I was a great remake of a classic nintendo game.

I have only played the arcade version once, and this one is 100% better. I got hooked on it by a friend and neighbor and cannot stop. The graphics are awesom, and 4 players can all play together on the same screen, none of that that split screen junk. Okay, the music isn't all that great and the the sound effects reapeat a little, but it's still better than alot of games, not giving any names...There are 5 hidden characters through-out the well planned realms. This game is well worth your time and money. planned realms. All I can say now is.... ENJOY!!!!!

Guantlet Legends Green Archer or Green Wizard

I think Guantlet Legends is one of the best games there is for Nintendo 64.It is a fun and great game.It is challenging but fun.It has good graphics and it is a long game so it would be more exciting to play,then playing a game you could beat in one or two hours.Gauntlet Legends Rules.

This is a great game. it is filled with monsters and each character is different because each character is better than another character in something. There are nine characters (5 are locked). This game is a ton of fun and has over 15 levels. If you don't want to start over in the game after reseting or putting off the N64, get a controller pak. If you have a controller pak and like to bash bosses and monsters, this game is for you.

I went over to my friends house for a sleep over and the whole time we were there we did nothing but this game. When i got back home, i made two trips to blockbuster to try to rent it, then just ordered it off amazon. it is the BEST game as far as gameplay and theme, but could use some work on graphics and sound. This is DEFINETLY worth the money.

I shouldn't be the one to say this but GL is totally cool. If you are looking for a challenging game with wizards,archers,warriors,knights and things like that let me tell ya' YOUR SEARCH IS OVER! The Graphics are great. Many levels, tons of places to go! I suggest that everyone everywhere with a N64 should buy this game. I know this because I have it and it is great!!!!! They also let yo play as ponjo the chicken just put EGG as your name, and your password as 911. Now Go and BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the first time i playes this game was at an arcade, it was thrilling, but this nentendo64 version is just soooo much better! Basically, you get to pick 4characters(wizard, archer, warrior, and valkyery) that can be in 4colors(green, blue, red, yellow). there is also 5 mystery characters to unlock. the graphics are not that good but good for nentendo 64 adn the sound may be a lttle repititive but this game is a must buy for those in search of rpg or/and action games...

i got this game and imediatly regreted it. i did not like it at ALL. the graphics were worse than mine (i have a graphics art business even though im only 11) and the music was, well, not very good. way to many baddies and although i didnt get anywhere in the hour i tried to play it, i really think you should get something else. if you like arcades and ridiculus games that make you die, start over, die start over typ of thing sure go ahead and get it. but if your a person like a big Zelda fan (like me) get something else, youd be useing your money better. those people who gave it 5 stars, they have their own oppinion, and if they like it they like it, im glad they found something they like to play. i however would urge you to consider what im saying.

This game is good for the player who has a lot of patience. This game is great for parties, but be sure to get an expansion pak! When playing this game you will come across a lot of puzzles and fights.
