I see this game as very enjoyable. Every Maxis EP (expantion pack) is great! you should buy every one!!

I feel like I wasted 30 plus dollars on this expansion pack. I think it is really boring. First off, so what you can go on vacation. The lots are all too similar. Sure, you can make your own lots and download (FREE) stuff from the web. But all it does is boost up your interest for a few weeks. These expansion packs are basically money making schemes that provide little punch to the consumer. If you have to choose between HOT DATE and VACATION get HOT DATE. I think I will save my $ and get future expansion packs when they get cheaper. (maybe) It is about time Maxis reduces the price of House Party and Living Large. How greedy are they at EA? They have the Sims packs, SimsOnline and PS2 game coming out. Try reducing your prices on some of the older packs. All in all, after 2 years, I am bored with THE SIMS. Vacation did little to change that.

Can you Imagine life before the Sims? I sure can't. I was the first bleepin person to get it in the world. u are all followers. Now...........How do u think I get paid 4 being the 1st 1? I can't get the bleepin on vacataion because our SOB city won't get it for another bleepin year. I was the first! I am proud to be the first one to ever get it, the best game ever. Now all of my friends and my sister's stupid bleepin friends want to borrow my game, and the go out and buy it like they were the first ones ever to get it. I STARTED THE CRAZY SIM RUSH. I am flattered that they used my 3 ideas for the expansion packs.

From the original right on thru to vacation. I have enjoyed many hours of fun I can't seem to go more then a day without playing this game and playing for over a hour each time. Can't seem to explain it the is just something about this game.

What more could a sim want???

The sims on vacation is the best sims game out so far and i would know because i have them all ranging from The Sims to the latest one The Sims on Vacation.

Exellent, exellent game, it really keeps you on the edge of your seat. It always keeps you playing. I recommend everone should play it. Adios amigos!

The Sims Vacation pack sounds like a avrg. of 3 to 4 stars. You can take your Sims family on vaction from places to The Beach, The Mountins, or A Winter Wonder Land! What sounds cool to me is that you DONT have to delete your family like the other expantions -not hot date-. There are also more things to do with your kid sims, like get a escomo? jaket!
In all I give this a GREAT gratitude...I WILL LOVE THIS GAME! (I havent played this yet :))

The sims game is great fun.
But I have a Mac and your add does not spell out Mac for the NEW Sims Vacation. So please let me know as soon as possible to I can buy it from you.

A Worthy Expansion

Finally an expansion pack that is worthy of The Sims (the greatest game of all time). Vacation brings life back into The Sims in a huge way!!! I couldn't even estimate the amount of hours that my girlfriend and I have spent playing The Sims over the past couple of years. I have to admit that I was somewhat disappointed in Hot Date simply because I think that I was expecting more than it actually delivered. Vacation, however brings all of the expansions together and makes the game more fun than ever before!!! I absolutely love taking the family "out of town" for the weekend. The new objects also make for incredible building opportunities or simple add-ons.
Obviously I am a fan of The Sims and do have all of the expansions for the game. The special thing about Vacation is that it opens up such a wide variety of activities for your sims. I personally like the snowboarding and snowball fights, where my girlfriend can go metal detecting for days (in Sims time). The cloning options are also practically endless for all of the people who like to create their own objects. All in all I think that Vacation is the best expansion since Livin' Large. Of all of the pros to this particular expansion, I have personally found only one con, and that is the load time. I have noticed that since I installed Vacation, my game loads considerably slower than it had before. For this reason alone, I gave the game four satrs instead of five. I highly recommend this expansion to anyone who likes The Sims.
