This game was very buggy, crashed a lot. they put out a patch for it but didn't help at all. if you read the forums on the game I'm not the only one complaining about this. I'm not very impressed with the game at all. I do not recommend the game to anyone.

I think it would be fun if the game didn't constantly crash

DON'T BUY THIS GAME... no if's ands or buts about it... you're wasting your money if you buy the PC version. The game constantly crashes once you get beyond a certain point in the game and although EA has released patches for the game, they refuse to fix the crash problems - if you look at the forums on the EA site you'll see that countless people have problems running this game on XP (Vista users MUST run the game in Windows 98 compatibility mode to even get the game to load past the opening credits). Save your money and buy a non-EA PC game - EA may be top notch on consoles, but their PC games, almost without exception, are buggy, inferior copies of their console counterparts.

Need for Speed Carbon

After loading this game, registering the product and attempting to start it up, I discovered that the game simply will not load. Once i clicked on the game to start up, it looks like it will load, however, once it loads, it freezes up. So I tried uninstalling and installing the game about seven times, rebooting, downloading the latest drivers for my computer. This is the second disc that i got and it still doesn't want to work correctly. I even tried installing into another computer and still had the same reaction as the first computer i used.

EA is full of it

This game is ridiculous. My laptop exceeds all of the technical requirements, but when I installed the game, the first screen would come up and then the game would quit. A quick Google search shows that many others are experiencing similar problems. I downloaded the patch EA released to fix these problems, but it didn't so a single thing. I installed the game and patch on my desktop, which has almost identical specs as the laptop, and even though the it worked on the desktop, it repeatedly crashed, another problem that the patch should have fixed. What's worse? EA isn't doing anything about it. On their site, they admitted that these problems were due to their coding errors, but they haven't done anything to fix it, except to release a faulty patch. This game is not worth your money, and the actual game play is not difficult at all and can be beat in a few days. I'd say save your money, or get NFS Most Wanted, because Carbon is just ridiculous.

Los nuevos tipos de competencias son buenos, pero el Drift no presenta un reto real, además las persecusiones dejan de ser el tema central del juego, lo que lo hace menos divertido que el MostWanted

Like if you play this game you can play with cool guys like me and the other guy who posted here.
We can get in the race together because the game puts you in the race and we can try to win. If you can partner in this game then you can put like one player over the other player to help each other.
Just make sure to play the races because the game seems to put you in them.

like i download a demo of that and their is a crew member that wants to copy you only in curcit race and you spin out of controal sometimes but it is kind of a good demo butthe good part is that i can win in a race but they are trying to make you go into the race so you couldbe in the race.

NFS Carbon is a neat addition to the series of racing games. The gameplay and graphics are above average and the story is narrated through slick live action cinematics. (Watch out for the lead heroine, she's hot!)

All in all, a fun game to play.
