Tekken Rules.

I have never considered myself a fan of fighters. I will never consider myself a fan of fighters. But I love this game. Tekken 3 is the one fighter that has me addicted. I cannot do a combo to save my life, but I still sat in front of my TV for many hours playing Tekken.

Not only that, but Tekken also introduced me to something else.

Dual Shock.

Although the Dual Shock in this game is nothing special, this is one of the first that used it. This is the game that caused me to scream out loud and throw my controller to the ground.

Tekken is tons of fun, with or without a special controller, though. The graphics are great. There are a ton of other "side games" to play. Such as the side-scrolling Final Fight esque game and the strange volley ball game. Interesting characters and fantastic cut scenes at the end of the game round out the best fighter I have ever laid my eyes on. Tekken is God.

Tekken 3 is eazily my favorite game(with the possible exception of Gran Turismo 2). I love the fact that it's smooth,and almost totally realistic. It's also very entertaining to whatch someone who's good use a character(especially Eddy with his capoiera style fighting and my personal favorite,Hwoarang with his tai kwan do style). I just think it's the best thing since sliced bread, and I highly recommend you get it, even if you don't like fighting games.

When I once had played tekken3 itgone faster then it was.And when Iused the character alot of them were not on the chart.Using Ninathrough the arcade was like amatch to me!Ialso used Hwoarang,Eddy,Anna,Jin,Gon,and HHH.Tekken3 is the fastest game in thehistory.

Graphics: 8/10 - The characters can be a bit see-through, but the backdrops are fabulous and it's extremely clear when you've done a Judo chop to someone!

Sound: 9/10 - Great fist fighting, realistic sounds and cool music brings Tekken 3 blazingly alive in the sound area.

Value: 10/10 - Do not read this review further if you have not yet played, bought or borrowed Tekken 3. It is well worth the money and you'll play it for ages! Not a game you get sick of easily.

Overall: 10/10 - Lots of things to do, lots of martial arts moves to learn, heaps of blood, a barrel of fun - Tekken 3 is one of the most entertaining, overall amazing PlayStation games to come out in a long time!

The first time I played Tekken 3 was on a demo disk. I was thrilled! When I bought, played and finish the game, I was stunned! I loved the gameplay, the graphics and most of all, the options. There so many! There plenty of charecters to choose from including all of your favorite arcade ones like Eddy, Jin, Brian, Law and a handful of new ones you won't find at the arcade! And there 7 modes of play like arcade mode, {1 or 2 players} vs mode, {2 player only} tekken force mode, {1 player only} team battle mode {1 or 2 players} and servival mode. {1 player only} You have to unlock the other 2. Plus its got the fastest gameplay I've ever seen in a fighting game! Trust me. If your looking for a good hand to hand combat game, buy this one . And if you don't believe me, listen to the voice of the reviewers!

This game is the best playstation fighting game you can play!
It has Awsome 3D graphics, a 3D ending for all characers, variety of game modes, and an intense gameplay!. This game is really addictive.
Only problem with this game is that the some of the characers and the backgrounds are weird?!
Put beside this this game is AWSOME!! This is one fighting game that you really should buy!

Tekken 3 is one of the best games that I have ever played on the Playstation. The graphics are some of the best in any fighting game. Many modes and options to choose from and most of the options are exciting. Sound, game play, control, are all great. Some of the characters are also easy to learn and get good at. The only bad thing about the game are the two hidden characters who are very hard to control and they are not interesting to play with anyway.

This is the best!

This is one of the best fighting games I've ever played (with the exception of Soul Blade, atleast I think thats the name.) The combos in this game are really exciting and cool looking with one exception, if your not good at learning combos and memorizing the buttons then your gonna have a hard time pulling off combos since you have to remember a long list of buttons and when to press them in sinc.

Tekken 3 is the best 3D fighting game on the Playstation. The only game that comes close to Tekken 3 is Soul Blade. The graphics on this Playstation version suffer a little from the translation, but the gameplay is faithfully intact. There are plently of fighters to play as from the start, and even more to earn as you beat the game multiple times. The only feature which may sour gamer's experiances with this game is the unbalanced play control of a few of the characters. Even though every character has a few high damaging moves of their own, Eddy Gordo and Hwoarang are easily the cheapest characters in the game. A simple button mashing on the kick buttons with these characters can send them into a fury of kicks that can kill an opponent in just a few hits. This is very frustrating when you've spent time practicing complex combos only for someone to come along and get the same results by just mashing on buttons at random. Although with experience one can learn to block and counter those moves, so it's not too big of a problem if you practice. Aside from that, Tekken 3 is near flawless. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a Playstation.
