For Mega Man Lovers...

MML2 is the same as MML except for better improvment on the graphics, characters, and story.Capcom has also added more hours to the game so you'll be playing with the blue bomber longer fighting new bosses, using better & stronger weapons and in bigger areas than ever before...Some of the old MML characters are back in MML2 and some new ones were added to spice-up the story...To me MML2 still has the same easy to use controls and It still gives you that I wanna play some more feel even if you've already beat it...It's a MUST buy

Very very FUN!

This is a must for any fan of Mega Man or really anyone who loves a game like Zelda. This game is an Action/RPG and unlike the 1st one it adds a lot more to the story and uses much more RPG elements than Mega Man Legends One. This game is longer than the 1st one and has many puzzles that you need to figure out. It's a really fun game and I would recomend this to anyone who just wants to play a fun game.

Good, but is lacking some of what the first had

If you have ever played the first Legends, then you remember roaming through one little town, defeating enemies, solving puzzles and helping others. Although this game does have better graphics and gameplay, you lack the ability to relate to your characters, which is a key element in the first game. When you help the little girl in the hospital recuperate from her illness by donating money, you feel good about it, (plus she gives you a piece to a new weapon). It's the little things like that that seperates Legends from Legends 2. If something like that doesn't bother you, then the lock-on system in the game will. When fighting, you can lock-on to your enemies. Yet when I was fighting a boss to a level and I attempted to lock onto him, I kept locking on to an anoying flying object above me. Unless I was a few feet away from the boss, I would lock-on to something else, which is another annoying glitch still present from the first game. With bigger bosses and better graphics, this game can be much better than it's predecessor, yet in gameplay and character interaction it is lacking.

Fun ,but fast

I'm a huge fan of Capcom's Megaman francises and I played almost every Megaman game ever made. Megaman Legends 2 is an excellent sequel to the most anticipated Megaman Legends. This game has an extended storyline, beatiful 3D graphics, and slick control. This is one of the best Megaman titles out there, but still....why PlayStation ? This game is not bad, but somehow it didn't make it to the other console systems like Sega Dreamcast, PC CD-ROM, or the Nintendo 64. Some gaming websites that I stumbled accros from, said that among Nintendo Gamecube's lineup, there will be a Megaman title ! Could it be Megaman Legends 2, Megaman X5, or is it another Megaman title that's gonna be created only for Gamecube ? Ah well ! Only time will tell whem Megaman Legends 2 will be ported over to another system. Just imagine....Megaman Legends 2 on the Dreamcast ! Oops ! I forgot to mention something ! Unlike some of the Megaman games, this game has a handful of fast-paced mini games and unlimited 3D enviroments. Although this is pure perfection over the first Megaman Legends, this game still suffers polygonal glitches because of the PlayStation's outdated 32-bit processor. If you're in the store and you're looking for the pefect Megaman game to add to your PlayStation library, Megaman Legends 2 is for you !

Reminder to all Megaman fans:

PC OWNERS WILL LOOK FORWARD TO MEGAMAN LEGENDS FOR PC !

GAMEBOY OWNERS WILL LOOK FORWARD TO MEGAMAN XTREME FOR GAMEBOY COLOR !

PLAYSTATION OWNERS WILL LOOK FORWARD TO MEGAMAN X5 FOR THE PLAYSTATION !

NINTENDO 64 OWNERS WILL LOOK FORWARD TO MEGAMAN 64 FOR THE NINTENDO 64 !

FUTURE GAMEBOY ADVANCED OWNERS WILL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO MEGAMAN'S FIRST RPG, MEGAMAN EXE !

That's all !

MegaMan Legends 2: The Legend Continues!

I bought this game the day it came out. I waited years for it! If you've played MegaMan Legends(1), you'd understand why. The game itself has a many new things, as well as a many things from the first game. The game control is still the same, and the look is also basically the same, so are most of the weapons. But your lock-on is a bit easier, and the plot definatly takes a bigger leap. The levels are also more challenging, with better weapon management. Of course, you can't forget the new people, both townspeople and villians! You'll find out all about the Reaverbots, Mother Lode, as well as the secret behind MegaMan's shrouded past... The comical Bonnes return (humorous as ever), as well as Glyde, and they also gave Bon his original Pikachu voice back (if you've played Misadventures Of Tron Bonne, you'll be thankful for this)!

Total Game Time normally takes about 16 to 18 hours to complete (that is, if you're doing your best and trying to obtain most items).

Weapon attachments include Homing Missile, Spread Buster, Drill Arm, and many more.

The game now features underwater adventures! Strap on the new Hydro Jets, and make diving fun and easy!

Not just one island! Now you can travel to Calinca (it SHOULD be spelled Kalinka), Nino, and Manda islands, as well as many more!

In all, I found the game a real treat. While maybe not too on the fast-paced action/exciting side, it certainly is a must to those of you who wish to see how the mystery unfolds... I have few complaints, aside wishing the Bonnes played a bigger role, and seeing the original voice actors for MegaMan (as well as some better, more acurate translations, which was my main quelm), but seriously, it is still understandable if you missed out on MegaMan Legends 1, but I would advise trying the first one first. That way, you won't be completely lost, and it will make the sequel so much more enjoyable! Be safe!

I used to hate Mega Man until a friend bought a new mega man game. Then I bought this game and loved it. Any Mega Man fan or any gamer will love this game.

This game is so boring.

This game is so boring. The only thing that can keep anyone interested is watching the ending story. The new underwater ruins [upset] me. IT takes forever to move, even with those...hydro jets. If you played the original 2D mega man games, than this game is not for you.

I'ts all right, but the original ones were better

Okay. I've always liked Megaman, but this one made me think that megaman isn't for the world of 3-D. I mean, hello capcom, let's face it, Megaman is meant for side scrolling and it was a lot better when it was side scrolling. X's old friend,Zero, that was his friend in almost every game, isn't in it. but I will say this: It was all right, but I think they took half an hour into making this game, so they could just put it in stores so the world would shut up. Even though playstation is meant for 3-D, it should be side scrolling. then they could probably take out the 3-D and give it awesome features. I've bought every single Megaman game, even the ones on the old NES, and bought all of them on super nintendo, and on playstation, and nintendo64. But if they make it on PS2, and I know it will be in 3-D if they do, it should be a million times better than this. Save your money and BUY SOMETHING ELSE!

One Great Game!

This game is simply awesome. At the start,it may seem complicated and hard. But its fun more than makes up for that.Spend enough time, and you'll find great strategies.Like when I was around the third area,Manda Island,I found a technique to raise power, increase health, and make some good secondary weapons. And this game isn't violent at all.I recommend Mega Man Legends 2 to
ANYONE who wants fun,or a good challenge.
