The graphics on this game are stunning. If you are into strategy games, this is one for you. Being 3-D, you can place your troops above ground to give them the advantage, and shield them against blasts behind rocks and trees. Excellent game you want to buy.

This is surely one of the best games ever. If it was not for the repetivness I would of give it 5 stars. The strategies you have to make are all different but most look like defend youself and after kill everything. This is not very intersting and after a whil you become quite bored. This game would of been a masterpiece if it wasn`t for the repetivness. Its still a super great game!

I can't say that I didn't get my money's worth out of Starcraft, because I've wasted several weeks of my life glued to the computer, playing it. It's relatively easy to play, and a lot of fun learning the ins and outs of the three different species. Actually, it can be deceptively addictive.
The unfortunate part is that the program running the game makes the troops you command, regardless of the race, extremely foolish and accident prone. A lot of their behaviour defies explanation - just when you've ordered all of your troops to hold position, your aircraft will fly into enemy air defenses, ground troops will scatter, and when you're in an enemy base, half your troops will be attacking buildings instead of shooting back at the enemy. It would be a great game if you didn't have to constantly micromanage every single unit you have.
As it is, it is a very good game. I'd recommend it, but I would advise players to save the game frequently, because it's annoying to have your careful strategy ruined by limitations of the gaming engine.

This game is amazing. The single player is great and the multiplayer is amazingly engrossing. I am addicted to this thing, in my eyes it's better than anything out now or ever.

The story is incredible.
The sound is good.
Funfactor is very good.
All the 3 races is very diffrent from each other.
Multiplayer is good 2.

PROS-cool graphics and cool game play u can also play on b-net for free!!! (multiplayer)and single player.

o, u can onle carry 12 guys at a time and its hard to tipe and control ur peeps.
but it is the best game i ever played

This is a great game truly a great game very good very very good lovet the races and story and characters like Jim Raynor awsome guy and love the expansion pack and want a starcraft 2 sometime(not ghost!)

This game is VERY fun!! The down fall is that people are hacking so be careful playing! Do not use cheats it makes the game less fun!!! The price is right buy it !!!! Brood War adds many more men to the game. One New thing is that Hurt men can be healed!! Both games are cheap and fun. The best part is playing on the internet!! Buy This Game!!
