in the game you can customize your car and i thought that was really cool. i got stuck farther into the game and so now it is boring. you really have to be patient while playing the game because you have to find stores and win tons of races.

overall i would say it is a fun but challenging game

I can't wait for Need for Speed: Underground 2 Comes out! It is going to be awesome. The best cars of the Import world, coupled with TWICE as many upgrades as the original means one awesome experience!! I can not wait for it to come out. The cars include the Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R, Mitsubishi 3000GT (WHICH IS AWESOME, BECAUSE I HAVE ONE IN REAL LIFE), The Toyota Supra Twin Turbo, and many others. This game is going to be so much better than Midnight Club 2. I recommend you go out and buy it IMMEDIATELEY when it comes out! You won't be disapointed!

Need for Speed: Underground 2 delves into the world of the street racer scene "The Fast and The Furious" style. There is only one thing missing from most of the previous iterations of this excellent series that made them interesting. That was the police chases.

Overall, the graphics in this game are some of the best I have seen out there. They may not be up there in the Grand Tourismo class, but they are close. The graphics and body kits available for the cars are amazing.

The controls are very intuitive, especially the placing of the shift buttons. The accelerator and brake buttons are right under your thumbs. The buttons for nitrous and the e-brake are right where you need them. You can use the e-brake easily to make quick changes in direction and the nitrous can really provide a quick boost of speed when you need it.

The range of races available is wide and varied. There are choices of Circuit, Drag, Drift, Street X, Underground, and Free Roaming. You can even challenge other drivers in Out Run races.

The only thing that would make this game better and more interesting would be police chases. Other than that, overall this is an excellent game.

I recived this game for Christmas and I have not stopped playing it. It is one of the best games I have in my collection.

It gives you the feel of the cars, which include SUV's like an Escalade and a Hummer, especially when you modify them. Not just the engine/performance, anything you see you can trick out: bumpers, roof scoops, hoods, spoilers, side skirts, trunk audio, and tons of other stuff.

The racing is more fun than some other games too. That's because instead of racing aroung and around on an oval circut, they also offer other race types: drag, sprint (Point A to B), Street X (imagine racing in a big parking garage), Drift (sliding around for points), Underground Racing Leauge (circut tracks, like Nascar), and last, but not least, circut, only this time you have traffic, shortcuts and other obsticals.

Overall, this game rocks! Great deal, Awesome graphics and sound.

ive had this game for a long time now, but i just recently read some of the reviews for it. people are saying that its imposible to turn and stupid things like that without paying any attention to the game. first of all, when you get a car the first thing you do is tune it. Secondly, people are saying all of this when they've done one race. i've almost beaten the game. about the racing, there's several types of races in this game, circut, sprint, drift, street x, drag, URL, and you can challenge people to outruns. circuts are lap races, sprints are races with no laps and are stretched out all over, drift is pretty self-explanetary except youre not racing.street x is a race on a tight track with sharp turns, drag is pretty self-explanetary, and URL's are like circuts but are held on tracks. and finally, outruns are where you drive up to another racer in the street, flash ure headlights, and try to catch up to him then lose him. costomising in this game is great, although you have to find shops and win races to get more stuff to costomize things with. and of corse these things cost $$$, so u have to win races and get sponsors. also you can make it on magazine and dvd covers, which is pretty fun. thats about all, except for some little things that u'll have to find out when u buy the game, so buy it now!

Need for speed underground 2 is unbelievable. The reason I give this game 4 stars is because it hasn't come out yet. When the first game came out I downloaded the demo for PC and loved it. Then I got the game for Christmas for PS2. It was incredible. I just recently downloaded the NFSU2 demo off of www.fileplanet.com and it is awesome. The graphics are incredible. They have actually added cool things to the game such as a Burger King. I passed it driving and though I was seeing things. Also the appearance of the main menu is also more attractable. NFSU1 was dull at the main menu. The car you race with is the Nissan 350z and this game is worth buying

This game looked awesome ever since my friend showed me an ad for it in ps2 mag. he always gets games before me, so im determined to get this one first because it looks plain awesome! no boundaries, awesome beautiful tech cars, what more could you ask for? i heard it even has SUV's! MC3 and all other competition stands no chance! ordering mine today? do the same!

This is Nick M saying the racing game Need for Speed Underground 2 is my favorite game I own. The graphics are amazing and the thing I learn from this game are fenomanal. I leared about all the parts to a car and what makes it tick, or just look cool. I love to play Need for Speed Underground 2 and race with my friend or just work on my car. 5 stars
