Outer space is a long way from home and the inhabitants there are less than welcoming upon your arrival. As the fighter pilot of the Raiden aircraft, you must use your sharp-shooting skills to evade and destroy your otherworldly enemies at any cost. Launch both air- and land-based attacks in the hopes of saving all mankind. All the features from previous Raiden games are back and made better than ever with enhanced 3D graphics, ruinous explosions and countless interplanetary enemies for you to pummel. You can use your new and improved weapons, such as spread shots, laser cannons and proton lasers, to further accost your foes. Team up with a friend to fend off invading forces or control two ships at once in multiplayer mode. Tailor gameplay to maximize your experience with several new options available For 1 or 2 players
