Histwar: Les Grognards brings to life the pageantry, savagery and brilliance of the Napoleonic era like no other wargame. Play out confrontations between French, Russians and Austrians -- plus a multitude of secondary troops Wurtemberg, Saxony, Poland, Italy, Naples and more. With a few mouseclicks, you'll create a precise plan of battle then closely manage the implementation and execution of your orders. Histwar: Les Grognards was designed with a revolutionary and customizable 3 level AI system, similar in function to the system first implemented in the Combat Mission series of games.

Features

• Control real Napoleonic-era units, from the the battalion Major to the Color/Eagle bearers, Sappers, Skirmishers, Grenadiers, Fusilierrs and Guards
• Interact with the lower levels of command, with an all-new AI system
• Give your men marching orders - Deployment, Diversion, Defense and March -- or coordinate maneuvers with other Army elements
• Tactical AI is always active and translates the Commander of Army's orders into executable commands - Troop concentrations, battle formations, rallying of units and use of reserves
• Control Unit Morale to enhance their combat abilities, and reduce their fatigue -- they're affected by the proximity of friendly units, fatigue, weather effects, sustained losses, and much more
