South Park is a great game if you're a fan of 007. It's pretty much just a funny version of it.With multiplayer mode and a great salection of weapons and hilarious sound effects, Idon't see how any one could say this is a bad game!

I like south park and the music they perform

I rentend it only because the show is funny... the game has a few funny cracks, but the game has NO POINT!!

Get it for the laughs, not for play!

The game is good for laughs but not intense competetive play. Shooting your target is very difficult. If you don't mind the constant sound offs from the characters and are not in for serious game play, this game is hilarious!

Pretty stupid....

When i first heard about SOuth Park 64, i got so excited. After buying it, i thought it was the dumbest game on n64 to ever be released... Okay okay, the graphics are really good, but it's soooo unrealistic, and they used the same line over and over again, and the jokes are funny the first time, but then they are said over and over again.... Believe me, download a demo of it, like i did, and you'll see how boring it is...

This is a game!!!

I rented this mainly becasue the tv show is so funny. The only good part in the game is it is somewhat funny but it gets old quick. The screens in multiplayer are so small you have trouble seeing and there is to much fog in it that you can't see at all. The movie scenes just have them complaining about the comet. And the story is quite bad. Don't buy it.

Not a bad game by any means, and certainly much more entertaining if you're a South Park fan.

I can understand why some people would rate this game low, but I think I may have developed a soft spot for it. I grew up with the N64, sot his game brings back some nostalgia, and I'm a huge fan of the South park television series.

The graphics are surprisingly good for a licensed game from the N64 era. It represents the art style of the series pretty well and has good draw distance. The load times are extremely fast, and I never experienced a frame rate hiccup or anything like that. Overall the game just runs very smooth.

The soundtrack is actually really good. It has the South Park theme we all know and love, and the voices of the characters are all the same ones form the show. Matt and Trey actually contributed to the dialogue and made all new sound bits and such for this game. The great sound work they did with this game makes it seem like an extra long episode that you participate in.

The game play is very solid. At first the controls seemed strange to me, but that could possibly be because I haven't played a shooter on my N64 for a long time. Once I got used to the controls everything worked great. The level design is pretty good, but nothing amazing. It does what its supposed to, you get through the level, and its believable that it may have been included in a South Park episode.

Overall the game is fun, plain and simple. Its not an artistic masterpiece or anything of that nature, its just fun to play. Sure its not perfect, but I enjoyed it, and if you're a South Park fan and have an N64 that still work, you may like it too. Give it a look.
