The Battle Of The Green And Tan Continues. . . .

5 Rating: 5, Useful: 9 / 14

This game combines challenging and fun techniques from a army men kinda view. This game is excellent for anyone who has ever played with a box of little green men. I'm glad that the Army Men series has finnaly came to Nintendo. There are flaws in this game. Such as sometimes difficult to control the player. Plus sometimes the enemies don't even react when you are right in front of them.

Very fun and very complicated.

I think its a good game. I think if you are under five years old you will have a hard time with it. My dad even played with me on this game! It is fun to try and beat the missions, find enemies behind obstacles, tanks and helicopters. The levels are very long.

A great one to buy. Challenging.

Very challenging. The levels are long, taking over 45 minutes to an hour each, once you learn how to finally get through. Took me over 15 long tries to get though some of them. I think there are about 14 levels. You have to be very methodical and calculating. The multi-player-head-to-head levels still needs some work. The head-to-head levels were not as good as the 007 James Bond head-to-head.

The Only Good Army Men Game

Let's face it: the first Army Men game sort of sucked. And I've heard that Sarge's Heroes sucks on the Playstation. But it's great on the N64, mostly because of the multiplayer. The single player missions are entertaining, but just average. The multiplayer, on the other hand, is great, with a bunch of levels, cool weapons, and tons of different strategies you can use. The only bad thing is that you really get some slowdown in four player games, even with the expansion pack.

Super game. Once I started, from the first level to the last, I couldn't put this game down. Continual new challenges and skills, keep adding to the enjoyment. Wonderful graphics. Neat settings. Highly recommended.

This game is awesome! This is one of the only shooters where you don't shoot human. You shoot toys.General Plastro steals Sarge's troops and Colonol Grimm's daughter Vicky. In the game you usually shoot tan army men,but sometimes you shoot tanks, helicopters, ants, spiders, and giant robots. This is a game where you won't get stuck much, because there is an X on the radar that tells you where to go.This game has cool weapons, like flamethrowers, grenade lauchers, and automatic rifles, plus many more.Throughout the levels, you rescue your troops, you go through levels like the bathroom, the living room, the garden, and lots more. This game is great because it uses the concept of violence with toys.

I usually dont play my N64, unless people are over... but after renting army men.. i played it constantly! it was so fun in one player, and it took over our usual 007 multiplayer games... everyone i know thinks its really kewl, and i'm gonna be the first of my friends to get it!

Play Control Problems

This game was okay. The coolest thing about it were the levels like the bathroom that were in a house. The other levels were boring.I also like multiplayer, which is the best part of most shooters. The bad thing was the play control. You will have to make tough jumps from angles sometimes. Also the challenge is more of shooting guys than completing the objectives, because they stick a big X on the map that tells you exactly where to go.Rent it first

Cool Game
