4 year old game girl

We just traded our PS2 in on a gamecube for my 4 year old (my husband kept his xbox), and right away we bought this game for use in the game boy player. She loves this game. She just turned 4, and she needs no help with the game at all, and she never wants to leave the tv, which could be a bad thing. But the game is perfect for little girls. I would recomend this to any young girl. At {$$$}, you cannot go wrong.

OK, NOW WHERE'S THE FUN?

Well it's ok for like the first 15 minutes but then it's like where did the fun go. I'm 11 and I thought it might be fun but after I played it I realized it wasn't too fun. It's ok for like 4-8 year olds. So if you're buying for someone in that age group, Good Job. They will probally like it.

Fun Runs Out Quickly

This is NOT a long-term game. The levels (depsite being "easy", "medium" or "hard") are either riduculously simple or painfully difficult. For any child over 5 or 6, it will loose it's appeal VERY quickly.

The only long-term fun is to see how many tickets can be collected, but the rewards for collecting tickets (the water slide) is probably the most boring game on it. As a mom, I can say that this was not a game I would have bought if we had tested it first.

I made a huge mistake by putting it on my wishlist

I'm 13 and I have to admit i absolutely love polly pocket. I put this game on my christmas wishlist and recieved it. The mini games are cute and fun but i beat the game in 35 minutes. This game is great but definately for a younger age group of 3-7! Don't make the same mistake I did unless ur buying this for a younger girl.

I bought this game for my 7 year old when she got her 1st Gameboy System and she loves it! I would not reccomend this for any child who is a long term player but this is an absolutely perfect game for the kids to start to recognize the buttons and get used to the system itself!

I bought this for my 6 year old daughter who loves Polly. This game is very good because it requires very little reading and has Easy, Medium and Hard levels to choose from. She can play it without my assistance which makes it wonderful for parents and she "loves it." It is also pretty fun for parents. This was the first game we ever played on a gameboy so we are definately beginners so hopefully long time players will like it as well.

my 2 sisters (8 and 9 and im 12) are annoying me with how fun this game is and how much polly is pretty and its sad! so when they were in soccer practice i took a peek! IT WAS SOOOO FUN. i truly loved it and all the cool races and other games!the graphics rock and the replay is awsome! i must say that this game is realy easy but the level 3 is pretty hard even for me! its for kids 3-10 this game will have your child in intrest for months and you can forget about getting them a game for along time! i finished it though but sometimes i like to take a peek and play it. this christmas im going to get one for my self!

This was a great game for me. I would recommend it for polly fans ages 6-9. My favorite was log jumping. To me, the Jet Ski game was the most dificult one! There are a variety of things to do. I liked it when I finshed a level and got to go to the dressing room and pick out an outfit. The bumper boats were prety
hard, but once I played it about 1 week I got the hang of it!
I LOVE THIS GAME,AND YOU WILL TOO!

I got this for a very cheap price in some stores, So I don't have my hopes too high. This game was a big hit for me, I very happy to say,but it DOES get a little boring after a while, cuz it only has 6 games with 3 levels. some of the games are very hard to control, while others are very easy. The little "Fashion" closet only has 2 exchanges of bikinis for me, so I really don't bother to change it, cuz after all, you won't actually see what Polly is wearing during the game. There is an option for "2 Players" but it dosent do much except making you and your friend play, then, tells who wins. The points you earn during the game gets more and more on harder levels, and also, the 'Hidden Magic Flower' Which will lead to the "Fashion" closet is on the hardest level. It does get annoying when you achive a thing, a new password comes, so I have to write them down, because they are a pain in my head to remeber them, because each letter has 26 letter option, from A-Z, so i get mixed up sometimes. But then, i lost my little strip of paper, so now, I'll have to start all over again.(And i really don't like that) The water slide was TOTALLY fun...for me. But after all it does nothing but a funner game part then the others. I thought that after the slide, you can go to other sections of the game...but no. it stays the same, after the ride, you go back to the same place.(You first ahve to earn 2,000 points for this, however, you don't 'pay' for the ride, you just have to have 2,000 points. then, when you ride it, the guy who takes care of the slide will thell you that, you can earn 4,000 points for a more advanced ride....but i never got 4,000 points, but im still working on it.) Here are the explanations for my stars:

Fun: It was great!! There's 6 games. The River Crossing, Bumper Boat, Water Blaster, Tude Trouble, Jet Boats, and River Rapids.(Water slide is like a bonus) And there is an Info Booth for you that you can ask questions about each game, and the fashion closet.

Educational: Well not really, but it's fun!! I care more about that.

Durable: Ok I guess....just don't throw it on to hard floor. After all, it's a computer thing.

Overall: It was great for starters!! Im alittle too old for Polly Pocket games, so it might get boring in a while, but for GBA starters, and little Polly Pocket fans, it will be a big hit for them, and would also be nice to have it in any GBA collection. Hope this Helps!!
