If you appreciate good game design this game is for you!

I appreciate games that are designed well and look great and this is tops in that regard. The game makers have managed to create a compelling world that is believable and makes sense yet at the same time is far out and unreal. Loco Roco is a bit puzzle, a bit side scroller, and a bit arcade. It's both challenging and fun to play, beautiful to look at and listen to and is certainly one of the most unique and artistic creative games you will play.

I recommend this game to anyone, including kids. It's cute but not in a cutesy way like some other games that try too hard to be cute. The game is refreshingly not violent and is like candy to the eyes.

This game is just amazing in terms of the design and playability. It's difficult to describe but it is way more fun than most games I've played and the look of it is just 'right on' somehow. Loco Roco emits positive energy and vibes to those who play it. If you are depressed or feel hurt, there's something about this game that will actually help you to feel better. After playing a game of Loco Roco, I get that feeling like I just woke up from a good dream!

Remember when games had simple controls with engaging gameplay and catchy music that you couldn't get out of your head? You will remember if you play Loco Roco. It's good, non-specific culture, fun.

Easy to Play - Hard to Master

This game is such an original piece of work. It goes right up there with Katamari Damacy and it's sequels. The Loco Roco are just so cute and cuddly. They are up against a dark, evil force. There are three buttons and that is all you need. This is what the Nintendo was supposed to have, but couldn't because they have a stupid dual screen set up. I hear all the time that Nintendo has the most original games. My friend brings a DS over, I ask him what is the best game for DS. He shows me a modified tetris game. There inlies the problem of the format of the DS. The PSP is a classic, albeit awesome widescreen format that allows for engaging and fun games. I bought my PSP for this game and I don't regret the purchase.

Fun comes from finding the hidden goodies.

LocoRoco is a strange game but very fun. It has a traditionally Japanese feel to the main objective of the game. Guide your LocoRoco blob and find the flowers to increase your size. Trek through the different worlds and find the flowers to eat, your friends "Mui Mui" and any hidden extras per levels. The game is simple enough to get through, but the fun comes in trying to gather all the hidden items and pieces in the game. It is addictive and maddening to know you just missed something and now you can't get back. Replay value is great due to this try to better your best aspect. It is by far one of the most fun games on PSP, that I've played. Another cool aspect is only using the L1 & R1 buttons to tilt the screen to move, it takes getting used to and can drive you crazy sometimes negotiating the obstacles. I highly recommend this game.

WARNING - This game is addictive. I don't consider myself a huge video game person, but I got sucked into this one. I play it any chance I get on my PSP. If you like simple game swith lots of twists & turns get this one.

Although I've been underwhelmed by the PSP, this title is perfect for the platform.

I love this game. So cute, so simple and fun. I love the graphics style, the speed of play, the music, the cute characters, the simplicity of play which still leds itself to various complexities.
