I bought this for my 8 year old grandson. He really enjoyed it. He loved the fact he could leave the house in a sports car. He already has the original Sims Game but he wanted the Bustin Out because he said they get to go more places away from the house. It was easy for him to play.
Not my favorite

I love the Sims, it is a nice break from reality. But this one, I do not like the way you move them. There is a cursor like thing that you move then you push a button to move them to where the cursor is. A real pain. You cannot move the character as you can in some of the other games. Graphics are good, I just wish I was in more direct control of my person.
Sounds like a great game!

This game has to be good. The SIMS for the PS2 and XBox was great. Now you can get out and explore other places?!?!? This sounds like an awsome game!!!!

It's a very nice game, but I was expecting much more. There is no big difference between both Sims games.

Ok this game is a game that any age will like.Beacause it is funn and sorda educational. Its basicly about a sim crated by you and you have to make sure he is socialy healthy, has good hygene ,isnt bored, slept enough ,has a clean enviorment(not important, and that has used the toilet, and is not hungry.
The Graphics -I would give 2 stars
Audio-could be better all you here is cars passing bye or screams could of been done better i give it 0 stars.
Game Play-The gameplay is excelent You pretty much do what ever you want. You can visit friends, gossip, eventuly have kids, work out, pretty much shape this sim into the deepest creation from the pits of your mind,or what ever the heck your like.So I give the game play for the Sims Bustin Out 3 STARS.
Overall a great game for young and old.
It's a great game but there's just one problem!

This is a very very addictive game!
Warning don't buy this game if you want to live a normal life.
The sound is excellent the social interactions and interface is excellent the job tittle are great I mean it's truly a good game for those who are into Simulations. The only problem with the game is that to advance in your career you have to gain points, for example say if you choice to be a mad scientist then you have to play chess to get your logic meter up to the points required in order to get promoted. Now this would be okay except you are required to make friends also!? I chose the movie star career path and to be a Movie Mongrul i need to mantain 10 friendships and gain points in chrisma and work out and manage my other things such as sleep, fun and social. This combination makes the game rather annoying and tedious. What's even worse these friendships they decrease over time! I think I'm going to write Maxis about this in the hope that they create a patch.
My other concern is what's with all the lock stuff!!! I want to play the Sims not have to try to beat it to unlock all the crap that shouldn't be locked!! Whoever's idea this was should slap himself! Everyone at Maxis should! BECAUSE THIS MAKE THE GAME ANNOYING INSTEAD OF FUN! I hate it when game companies do this! WTF! it's like Maxis's was like lets lock everything! That will really drag the game on and on by making you play all the career paths! For this alone I took one star away! Thanks Maxis for making me waste my time having to unlock half the F**king game!
Here is a tip: when you first start the game your living with your mother While your living there Your energy meter doesn't decrease past half. Plus you don't need a job to support yourself. So what i did was increase all my stats to Ten it takes at least 2 1/2 hours but that's the only way your gonna be able to beat the game because then all you will have to do is mantain those annoying friendships.

This game is incrediable. The graphics [are great]. All the new stuff you can do,sim customizing. This game is 5 stars all the way. This game is by far the best sim game out their. I know because I have five of the computer ones. And after playing the first sims game for xbox I know the second one is only going to be 2x the more fun and intertaining. So buy this game.
And in the words of a sim: This whoaw is fredishay.
