This game is one of the best games I have ever played. It includes strategy with action. The more you play the more you get addicted. Medal Of Honor is a little bit harder than the other shooting games because you do not have auto aim but believe me you'll get used to it. The multiplayer is so-so because it does not have any other games like capture the flag. You can only do teams and free for all. If you are planning to get a game get this one.

This game is great and is definentaly worth your money.
Lets look at the reviews:
action: 10/10
lots of action. tons of axis soldiers that arn't very easy to beat. including two chefs witch are by far the best axis troop. one tries to butcher you with a cleaver, the other pops out from behind a stove with must be a four-foot machine gun.
weapons: 9/10
weapons galore. tons of macine guns including the B.A.R which kicks butt if you can find one. two bazokas, a shot gun and much more. (by the way, you can cream people with a bazoka and instantly kill them.not enough machine guns though:(
graphics: 10/10
absolutily beautiful
multiplayer: 10/10
Very fun. tons of levels+tons of guns= tons of fun. i would suggest playing in the clearing house.
overall:10/10
great game. SPECIAL NOTE if you do not get it on game cube you wont have any multiplayer which would result in a great loss. All in all, if you want to kick some major axis.. or if you like gun games or if you have a game cube GET IT TODAY.
P.S watch monty python and the holy grail today.
Got Gamecube? Got smarts? Get Frontline.

I was never a big fan of first person shooters. That is until I was introduced to the Medal of Honor series. And as you would expect from a person like me, I was curious. And I just recently purchased Medal of Honor: Frontline for the Nintendo Gamecube. The game, unfortunately didn't come with an instruction booklet (I got it from Gamestop not Amazon), so getting to know the controls were a tad of a challenge, but you should get used to them quite easily. Anyways, as I was saying I didn't quite know what to expect from the WWII shooter. Luckily I was pleasently impressed.
First off, the graphics were PRETTY good. Considering the game was made in 2002, you wouldn't expect them to be perfect. The problem I have is that a lot of people judge a game on graphics, let alone the more important gameplay. So hopefully you haven't spaced out on me yet. Just remember that I'm here to persuade you to buy the game and not to drive you away from it.
The controls are good, and an improvement over the earlier installments of the Medal of Honor games. Unlike the earlier games, you will use the left analog stick to aim your selected weapon (cool, huh!). Movement is pretty general. You simply move the main analog stick to walk/run. Press or hold R to shoot, and then you have the general controls for crouch, jump, reload, and the action button (A).
The gameplay is top notch for a first person shooter game. The game starts out with the largest sea invasion in the world, D-Day! Although the easiest mission, it does a wonderful job of recreating D-Day. Especially with the superior sound. Many people compare the first level of Frontline to the 5 star movie, Saving Private Ryan. Alongside the first level are levels that are harder, longer, and more fun. So try to gain some skills if you really want to get into the action. Multiplayer is also a good addition to the already subperb game. Featuring plenty of weapons and plenty of stages. I know Port Authority and Cleaning House are some of my favorite stages. They're perfect for sniping (my speacilty weapon of choice).
The bottom line is simple as can be. Get the game. Now you've heard about it. Then get it! The game might be rated T, but it has no blood unlike Call of Duty, Medal of Honor: Rising Sun, and European Assault. However, the game is violen but educational. So just be sure to check before getting it. My Final score is a 9.0. So go out and buy!

This is quite the game to begin with for all of you new gamers. This is an all around AESOME game. I have beeten the game 3 times in all dificulty levels. It is an awesome game it is very fun,it is if you ask me,almost as good as Medal of Honor:Rising Sun. Both games are ver great but i am writing a review about Frontline.
So if all you gamers want some tips here are some tips. This is not one of those games like Splinter Cell were you do all of that (...) secret stuff. This game dont try to hide from your enemies because they already know your coming. They are not the hardest to defeat but have your chalanges. This is a very crazy war game were you always have some action and always have to be watching your back! You have some of the coolist guns because you are way back in the day.
I dont really care for the multi player because ther isnt much to do besides verse your friends(which can get really boring). Unlike Rising Sun you cannot allow the com. to verse you in multi-player,and you can not do a campaign with a friend.
Overall great game highly recomended, very fun, great graphics, very funny, and doesnt allow you to put your controler down!

The PS2 version was fun and I hear the cube version is supposed to pack a few surprises. If you like FPS (first person shooter) games like james bond then you'll love this. It stands alone as perhaps the difinitive FPS on the cube, even timesplitters may not measure up.

This game ROCKS! If you are a FPS fan, then this is the absolute best for the Nintendo GameCube to date. You assume the role of a foot soldier in WWII, and your first experience is storming the beach at Normady on D-Day. With rounds flying and shells exploding all around you, history definitely comes alive!
Then, it is on to 18 more challenging missions, some as a team member, and some as a solo operative. So far, this is the best FPS game I have played, and I am looking forward to more of these on the Cube!
