This game has the best graphics on gamecube. The courses are challenging, fun, and unique. It has many more players than the 64 version. I knew this game was going to great after seeing screenshots but it is far better than I imagined. This game is a must for your collection it will keep you entertained for hours, go out and get a copy you wont regret.

My family and I find Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour totally enjoyable. The graphics are great. Great game to play with your family friends for a little competitive fun. Enjoyable playing the tournament level too...unlocking new courses to play with friends later was really nice (if you didnt' unlock the other courses, I can understand why the game would become boring), so I do recommend some Tournament play in the game just to open up the other courses. If you don't want to buy it, rent it first. That's what I did.

I am not a golf fan by any means but I had a real blast playing this golf game. The gameplay is deep with several different modes to play. I like the tournament mode the best and play as either Mario or Luigi or sometimes Waluigi or Daisy Even if you don't know the difference between a 9 iron or a putter or have never ever played golf expect for watching the golf channel you should rent this and then after your addicted to it go out and buy it.

I was a bit surprised by this game. I had expected a whimsical game, but what you get is a serious golf simulation wrapped around the Nintendo characters. If you like that sort of thing, then this is for you. It is very easy to pick up the controller and start playing, and for advanced players you can exert more control without a lot of training. All in all, though, this is just a golf simulation with Mario characters. Might be fun with multiple players, but the single player game got boring pretty quickly.

Once again I am very impressed with Nintendo and Camelot's work. This game is, without a doubt, one of the most featured and fun golf games of all time. If humor in a game matters to you, this game is sure to paint a smile on your face. This game features a humorous intro and many lines that will also make you chuckle. On the "Bogey" screen with Wario, he will pick his nose.

Final Thoughts: "MGTT" is a wonderful game. The only con I can think of is Bowser's teasers. I am partial to Bowser (as my screen name suggests), therefore I play as him a lot. I wish that there were actual cheers for Bowser, because I would like to able to play as Bowser and cheer on friends simultaneously.

I am the biggest Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour Fan. If you really like mario and golf, this one should go on you "for sure to get" list. (I typed this again, because last time I accidentally gave it only one star, and not five)

This game is so cool to play. This is a game that could have you play for hours, in my opinion. Of course it's better playing with 2 or more players but this game was a great investment. The gameplay is excellent, the controls to play well it couldn't be any easier, and the graphics are great. This is the best golf game other than of course tiger woods 2006. Kids would like this my nephew has a blast with it, and me to. I'm glad to add this one in my Mario collection.

Mario is the type of character that you get interested to. So, Nintendo makes a lot of Mario games to make people keep buying. Fortunatly, they are doing a good job. Mario Golf has more good things than bad things.

The GOOD THINGS about Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour

The characters- New characters are introduced, including Birdo, Petey Pirahna, Diddy Kong, and many more. This is what makes these Mario games more fun. You have more characters to chose from. You get to learn about them and their personalities.

The controls- When you first play, the controls are told so you know what to do. Toad tells all when you are first playing. (TIP- When you first start playing, let Toad show you how to do all of the controls.)

The creativity- The Nintendo creators did a good job thinking up of golf courses. There are plenty of courses that are shown in different ways. Also, creativity includes new characters too. They made up a few new characters in this game.

The replay value- Replay value is how long you will enjoy and keep playing this game after you buy it. This game will take a little while until it gets boring. The game has a replay value probably around 7.5/10.0 points.

The BAD THINGS about Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour:

The graphics- Out of all the Mario gamecube games, this one was most likely the worst of all of them. You can even see it on the case. It is not a clear vision.

This game is now $20, and it is worth its value. If you liked my review, you should buy this game.

I saw this in the bargain-bin and thought: "why not?"

Normally I don't play golf games, I enjoy the real thing far too much.
But this is Mario Golf! Might as well try it.

I'm glad I did. It is just a fun game. They have a mix of realistic and fantasy courses the controls are really simple so don't expect a real sophisticated golf system (like Golden Tee I suppose, never played it so can't really compare).

Also its a bit of a party game. Playing by myself when I get home is fun but it gets a bit dull. Its really more fun with other players.

This is the best game in the world,and no game is better than Mario Golf:Toadstool Tour.I like the new characters like,BOO,Petey Pirhana,Baby Bowser,and Shadow Mario,Birdo,Daisy,D.K,Diddy,Waluigi,Bowser,and Koopa Troopa.I also like the new courses.
