i've played baseball games on numerous systems, from sega to nintendo 64 to playstation to gamecube, and this is the best one i've played. the graphics are great...the players' faces look just about as real as you can get without standing next to them. the two complaints i have, however, are the obvious umpiring complaints and the discrepancy(sp) between the rookie and veteran talent levels. otherwise, i have no complaints about this game....well worth the money i paid for it.

This game is GREAT! The graphics, the gameplay, the 30 MLB teams (Yankees Rule) and great expansion and Hall of Fame teams, all in one(Yankees Rule!)

The game is almost like the real thing. The graphis are awesome! The I especially love how the season schedules of every team are set in the franchise (if you begin your own season). The only problem with this game is that it takes up 59 blocks on a memory pack (an entire pack). Other wise, this is the greatest baseball game ever created!!

Now that ASB 2004 is out, I think you are better off buyiing that. ASB 2K3 does not include a manual instant replay and many other cool things.

first of all nothin good for gamecube but this game is okay. to make hittin easier go to game options and switch to easy battin. then it gets more easier.

ASB03 IS ONE OF THE BEST GAMES OUT I JUST BOUGHT THIS GAME 2 DAYS AGO AND IT IS THE 2ND BEST GAME I OWN THE ONLY PROBLEM IS U NEED A MEMORY CARD 16XMB TO USE FRANCHISE BUT THE GAME HAS SO MANY MODES TRIVA EVEN IF I WOULD GIVE THE TOP 3 GAMES OUT IT WOULD BE RESIDENT EVIL ASB03 AND 007 IF YOU R A DIE HARD SPORT FAN THIS IS A MUST OWN

I know how bad the Memory Issue is when you have a great team and want to save. So the PS2 seams like the perfect solution. This is the best baseball game out there. But the learning curve takes a day. This game is based around realism so if an arcade sytle baseball game is what you want go to the Triple Play series.
