Mario Tennis Power Tour will keep you on the edge of your seat playing your tennis matches. Mario Tennis Power Tour is great for kids and young teens. If there were more than five stars it would be one million. You can buy this wonderful game for Gameboy SP and its rated E for everyone.
Mario Tennis Power Tour will improve your hand eye coordination. As with many video games this game helps you improve your use of strategies. After a while you know when and how to throw a player off guard and win a point. I know after a while I learned which way to hit the ball and how hard it needs to be hit in order to beat your opponents. (...)it's well worth the money.
Mario Tennis Power Tour is the best game ever. It is worth way more than five stars.
Very Good!

When I saw my brother playing this game it didn't look very good neither did it look fun or look very easy, but when I played, it was very fun and was kind of easy. One of the reasons I like it is because you can have a partner with you. I'm mostly Luigi and my partner is Mario and we just go around beating everybody. There are four kinds of tennis courts that you can use, 1 hard, which has normal speed and strong bounce, 2 clay, which has slow speed and weak bounce, 3 grass, which has fastest speed and weak bounce, 4 compostition, which has fast speed and normal bounce.

There is just so much going on with Nintendo these days. They are sadly, winding down their status with their Gamecube console system, and instead, focusing on the hopes of the upcoming revolution system. But that isn't just all, Nintendo also is putting out so much among their classic spokes-character, Mario. It seems as if he is everywhere more than most mascots are in a lifetime. The Gamecube in the past few months have had a whopping 4 games that feature him, D.D.R. Mario Mix, Mario Party 7, Mario Superstar Baseball, and the soccer-hyped Super Mario Strikers. That feeling has also been felt with his presence on the DS with Mario Kart DS, and Mario & Luigi, Partners In Time. That also is felt in the tennis world again, too.
Mario Tennis: Power Tour, is the latest Mario title for Nintendo's Game Boy Advance. The game highlights Mario, Luigi, Peach and others as they storm through the tennis world. The gameplay is more mostly in the role-playing area, as you undergo training to improve your game, and then place those skills to the test in the several tournaments here. The gameplay is similar to last year's Mario Power Tennis for the Gamecube, as you play using all your specialty tools, from Waluigi's Whirling tornado offense shot, to Luigi's defensive ghost-busting machine from Luigi's Mansion. The graphics and control for each character here is very well detailed and absolutely deliver for the Game Boy Advance. Unfortunately, the gameplay does lose a bit of ground with the same pauses when each of the characters use their power weapons during each match, which was a similar problem for the Gamecube edition.
Nevertheless, Mario Tennis: Power Tour is still a very enjoyable game for Game Boy Advance and DS owners as well. I honestly recommend this only if you're playing with somebody else, and not by yourself. If you have played and own the edition from the Nintendo Gamecube however, you might want to give this game the double fault.

Most people would not believe what I am saying. A guy from my school said it sucks. I just tried it at K mart and I couldn't put it down. It wasn't like those 1 second demos. It let me play whole thing. My mom had to come and tell me to get off after saying 5 more minutes. I escpecially love on the 2 team you get to chose how strong your player is. It is amazing and I am getting it for Christmas (X-mas for all you un christian souls)!
Mario Power Tennis, the best yet!

I never expected that this game would be so much fun. Having played the old gameboy color version of mario tennis, i figured that this version would be more a or less an updated version of the game, but wow was I wrong! There are new moves, special ones that is, one for each mario character, and the graphics are incredible, considering the power of the GameBoy Advance Sp, the game looks like an N64 typer! Overall, this is the ideal GameBoy Sp game. If only all the Sp games were like Mario Tennis power tour!

This game is tottally the awesome. I love chosing how strong your player is,going on the tour, playing as Peach, and playing the game. Um...I really don't own this game but, I am getting it for Christmas(as far as I know). I tried it at a store. It was cool to me. Pay no attention to what I rated this. I like using Peach's special move. Hearts come up on her racket as she throws it sometimes. Every character has a special ability. I think the characters you make are the coolest (I dunno much about this game but, I may be wrong). I think it is challenging enough for me. I suggest you buy it. This is just my opinion. Buy it at your own will.
It's so cool and I won the whole game

I won this game! I won the peach dome(after you win Open Island). Anyway, enough about the bragging. It is so cool! Elroy was hard and I only beat him once. And I guess I should'nt have bragged because I set it on Easy :( The best part is playing as Paula. These players are in vararsity so you probably don't know them unless you got there. When I was facing Will(in Open Island) he was TOUGH! And my character was lv.41 when I faced him. I was on singles. When I played him on doubles HE WAS TOUGHER! Tori was easy on singles. Enough about the memories. Now I'll talk about the bad and good things on a list.
GOOD THINGS:
It is fun after you beat the game
Play as many characters on the exibitation
Go up levels
Train(you have to be a senior to get PS)
Have good times
Pkay as a girl\boy
Prove against Clay that you are strong(or Ace if you played as boy,I name mine Mely because I am a girl and I played as a girl)
Earn the championship
BAD THINGS:
You can never see the masked players
You can never play against Alex
You can't save the game in the middle of a match without starting over.
C-YA!
fun game

This game is incredibly fun! You have a choice of going on a power tour, Playing an exhibition game, or do some training. The good thing about power tour is that you make your own character and use him to go up ranks in Junior, Senior, and Varsity classes. If you were successful with those, you take a trip to the island open. If you win the island open, Mario invites you to Peach's arena which is up in the clouds, and play unstoppable exhibition games.
The good thing about Exhibition games is that that you a variety of choices after you've completed the power tour. You have Mario, Luigi, Peach, Waluigi, Donkey Kong, Bowser, any players you've made, and kids that you've beaten during the power tour. You can choose doubles or singles"(Doubles is much more fun)". Your opponents' or partner's skills could be be Novice, Intermediate, Expert, and Pro.
Pros.
-A lot of characters
-A lot of varieties
-You could do training to build up your character
-you could choose 4 different levels for your opponents
-you can choose 5 different kinds tennis courts
-the power tour is so adventurous
-Characters have power ups
Cons.
-Exhibition does'nt have Yoshi or Wario
-You can't have Two against one
-the power tour characters are really stupid looking

This game rocked. I loved the first game and I also liked how they built on that story. You can make your own character and train hard. Unlike the original, you can do all training sessions over and there are power shots. Buy to find out what these are. There is more excitement, better graphics, more to do. Best part: you can run inside! Corniness aside, this game rocks. The island open is cool too. The only things I didn't like were:
1. Only one island open.
2. Spent years listening to characters talk.
3. Couldn't fit my name on the lines. (5 letters max)
4. Nothing to do after you're done with the game, unless you can play against friends. (This is true with ALL mario games!)
5. Couldn't choose clothes or make character different skin colors. Not everyone's white Mario!!!
Those are the only drawbacks. If the game still sounds good, get it. Promise you won't regret it!
