Lady Sia rules! It's not the most thought provoking game ever, but it's chock full of old school platformy goodness. mm mm mm!
Lady Sia casts the player as the warrior princess Lady Sia (go figure) in her battle against the T'soa over the kingdom of Myriad. You guide Sia through multiple varied levels using magical powerups, shape shifting, giant eagles and magic projectiles to defeat your foes. With interactive environments, cool music and awesome animations, this game is *definitely* one to own for any platformer fan.
Lady Sia hasn't gotten a lot of press like other A-list titles such as Mario Kart or Advance Wars, but she definitely deserves a spot on the top tier of GBA games!

What can I say, I am a sucker for 2D games, because for one the art is so much smoother and there is so much detail, this game is no exception, I recommend this game to all who enjoy the basic Castlevania type game. There are even well animated cut scenes, now how many GB games do you find that in?

Great game play, excellent graphics, not bad at all considering its 2D. In fact the 2D form seems to fit it better than a 3D form. Controls are perfect for slicing and dicing along with the jumping and climbing that our protagonist, Sia, must do. The story is deeper than most other games; however has the usual theme of 'beat up the bad guys'. The anime inspired graphics well portray the worlds and Sia that can leave a player amazed and in awe. 2D is still as good as 3D and Lady Sia proves it, no hands down! In all honesty, a perfect game for any diehard side scroller fan or for any well balanced gamer.

Lady Sia is a good game, but a little fustration comes into play. In case you haven't noticed, when you stop, Lady Sia slips a little bit, so be on your toes.As for glitches, the game is full of 'em.Try running into the back of the dungeon in the castle stage. A wall will cover you up. It isn't good 4 anything and most wouldn
't call it a "glitch", but it's a nice feature. Also, being a girl gamer, I favor the fact that the main character is a GIRL for once!
Try this on for size. if you do a combo move something like B R R, you get an awsome move! The slice one will go straight through pesky sheilded T'soas. Some are snorsville, still, like the simple punch combo. My favorite combo move is where you do a colorful flip in the air. I can't beat the air girl or the fire guy, though.(in the second stage) Yet,alas, you can only do this after you get your jade sword, though. get the sword before the ring! It helps! To get the sword, go sneak past the sleeping T'soas, go down the well, go to the lower passage, hit the down arrow to proceed past the spikes, get to the water, wait for somthing to float your way, ride it,ride the fountain up, and use the long row of sheilded T'soas as combo practice. have fun!!!:-)
Nice game with excellent graphics and gameplay...

Great gameplay and excellent graphics underscore this often-overlooked platformer for the Game Boy Advance. The player assumes the identity of Lady Sia, the title heroine who must fight the T'soa horde and save her kingdom and her allies.
The quality of this game is on par with other well-known platformers, and the animation of every character and level background is a real sight to see. The sound and music tracks are appropriate for the actions and levels, with catchy beats guiding players throughout the game.
If you like platformers and need a new title for your GBA library, consider picking up Lady Sia. Its a good platformer thats worth the money.

I thought Nintendo was just trying to through another waste at me, but I was terribly mistaken. It has a nice background story to it and it has nice graphics. Bonus levels and surprises everywhere. A definite great addition to any gamer's(like myself) collection.

Lady Sia is an action pack of adventure! You play as the warrior princess Lady Sia. This game poses hours of fun. The graphics are as good as they come, and the controls are not that hard to use. As you get into higher levels the harder the bosses become. There are 20 bosses total. Lady Sia is one of the best gameboy advanced games I have ever bought and played. This game is worth using up some money. Though some people may not like this game a whole lot, in my opinion this game is just the right thing to satisfy my wanting of good adventure games.

This game was a nice surprise. I took a chance because it had been discounted. (The register even rang it up less than the price tag!) I'm always afraid of shelling out money for a bad game. This is one of the better games I've seen for the GBA, and I was surprised at the level of detail in the graphics. Other games look nice, but I guess they haven't been pushing the limits of what the GBA can do.
I'm no game expert. I'm someone who enjoys but struggles with most games. This game does present a decent amount of challanges. You do have to get your timing just right. (I do feel as if I'm stating the obvious here.) The game is easy to control, but the game is a little picky about how you line up to ladders when you want to climb them - when compared to some of the other games like this.
If you enjoy side-scrolling action/adventure games, I would highly recommend this one.

Recently I came across this game by chance and decided to give it a try. Surprisingly,I found it to be one of the best games I've played in quite awhile!
For an earlier GBA game,Lady Sia has good graphics. There are the occasional errors, such as Sia going through walls in certain places, but this is the only glitch I know of. The game itself functions well. It's easy to pick up and really hard to put down! You'll easily get the hang of the controls. Although they're a bit hard to use at first,as you play you'll get better. Anyways, back to the graphics. For the most part, they're average. Some scenes tend to be a bit sketchy, but most of the graphics are colorful, enjoyable and of acceptable quality.
As for the actual gameplay,it's most enjoyable! The action/adventure story is highly entertaining. The game is just challenging enough, with a reasonable balance between storyline dialogue and straight gameplay. It's not so easy you can finish it in just hours of buying time, but it's not so hard it's impossible. It provides entertainment for hours on end! Plus, there's plenty of replay value in trying to get perfect scores to unlock new levels. For the most part you can figure things out on your own by hacking your way through levels, but there are a few puzzles to be solved. The music is repetetive, but provides nice background sound for each level.
The storyline of the game is interesting, though not extremely detailed. When coupled with the active gameplay,it makes for a great game! Actually,I was first attracted to the game when I found out it featured a girl. I have nothing against male stars, but most female-oriented games I've found star people like Barbie and Kim Possible. I was very excited and pleased when I found Sia to be an original game with its own heroine.
Overall,Lady Sia is one of the greatest GBA games I've played yet! Its challenges are just right and its action/adventure theme makes for exciting gameplay. The story is fast-paced and creative, accompanied by original characters. I highly reccomend this for all fantasy game lovers out there!
