My husband bought this game for my kids, who are six and four. I really thought it would be too much for them. They love it!As Goofy you explore several rooms in his Fun House for items in his movies. Although it is a little challenging for my kids to retrieve some of the items, once you retrieve them all, you can watch a full length Goofy cartoon. I love playing this game myself. It is a excellent game for the whole family to do together!

This game was fun while it lasted. It is a very quick game, even for my four year old. The cartoons are a nice addition, as she loves goofy, but she can play the whole game at once. There are 15 different rooms and that is it. However, this is a game that she can play totally by herself, without any help.

Way too easy, even for a kids game

Even though I'm an adult (31), I seek out "kids games", especially games based on popular cartoon and animated characters (Fantasia for the Sega Genesis is one of the greatest games ever). But... this Goofy game is one of the fastest, easiest games I've ever seen, and not in a good way. The only thing worse, perhaps than a game that's too difficult to enjoy is one that's so easy that you get no sense of challenge. Read the description here very closely... "15 environments" means, quite literally, that there are 15 rooms to the game. There are also only a handful of games that take place outside Goofy's house. The skiing game is the best, with a little bit of excitement, but with most of these, the only challenge seems to be to see what happens when you *don't* accomplish the goal. You have to try harder to lose at this game than to win, it's a bit silly. I suppose, on a certain level, there's something to be said for a kid's game that is so simple *anyone* can play it, but I would also worry that the boredom level is high. On the PlayStation, other kid-friendly games I'd recommend that will not bore kids (or their parents) are Frogger 2, Spyro 2 and 3, and Tarzan. If you have a Sega Genesis, seek out Fantasia and Daffy Duck's QuackShot.

Great first game

I just got a Play Station for my 6 year old son. We got Goofy's fun house and had a blast. He loved finding the film cans. It was a great game for us to work on together. Today we got the bonus movie and he was really excited. The golfing game was great. My son loved it and plays it himself. Some of the games (skiing and car race) were a little hard for younger kids. Overall, we recommend it.
