Varying levels of difficulty

This game was my 5 year old daughter's first for her new GBA SP. She was able to play Cinderella right away, and worked her way up to Sleeping beauty and Snow White, completing all the chapters for each. She found the 2nd chapter for Belle easier than the first, simply because she didn't know that Belle could make more snowballs (we figured this out by accident). Ariel and Jasmine are still a bit too complicated for her to get through (I found them difficult the first couple of times), but it is a challenge she looks forward to. I believe this range in difficulty is a plus for the game as any child can begin it and work their way up.

I bought this game for my five year old and she doesn't want to put it down. The game boy was originally my husbands but he graduated to the PSP. He wanted to give the gameboy to her so we decided to buy this game to see if she could handle it. She surprised us both by how fast she took to it. Her 4 year old sister also likes to play when she gets the chance to. I now have to set a timer to allow for equal playing time for each. Even my four year old loves it and it is not to hard for her.
My husband and I are now considering buying a second game boy to help wih the fighting. Of course having only one princess game will not do either.

Great first game for a little girl

I got this game for my 5-year-old for her birthday. She has a couple of games she plays on our computer (Blue's Clues & Winnie the Pooh), and loves Disney princesses. I wanted to get her a Disney princess computer game, but all of the ones I saw looked pretty dull. I was worried this game would be too hard for her, but the games are pretty basic and are straightforward enough for a 5-year-old to understand. It's challenging enough to keep her entertained, but not so hard as to be frustrating.

WOW- But sorta hard

Man this is so cool! I don't even HAVE it, my friend brought it when she came for a sleepover and we practically played it all night! It is sorta hard, especially the Jasmine part, and Belle is the easiest, however I like Cinderella. You play as all six of the princesses so it's like 6 games in one.
Game controls (Note these are for Chapter 1, and you can press start to pause and you can open chests by going in front of them and pressing A):
Belle: B to throw snow ball, left and right to move, A to jump, down to make a new snowball.
Cinderella: A to bonk Lucifer on the head, B to clean the floor, Left and right to move.
Ariel: Up down left and right to move, B to blast with the trident.
Aurora: A to turn butterflys into fairies, B to put the guys to sleep, left and right to move.
Snow White: A to jump, B to sing and put the wicked trees to sleep, Left and Right to move.
Jasmine: Up down left and right to move. Go over a switch to activate it.

This is one of the best games I've played in eons! It's finally time that someone created a game with an inspiring storyline, outstanding graphics, and an overall fun experience. I've passed a lot of other games, such as Super Mario Sunshine, Zelda: The Windwaker, every Donkey Kong game ever created, etc, but this one takes the cake. It was challenging, but not too hard. In fact, it took me a few weeks to pass. I laughed, I cried, and I couldn't put it down. In short, I can't tell you just how awesome this game was!

Awesome! Great Game for Girls

I bought this, with my ever-lasting love for all things Disney, and was pleasantly suprised by the quality. Each princess has her own story, some are easier then others, Belle's is simple, as long as you don't get lost in the castle, while Aurora's and Jasmine's may be the hardest. In each level you must go around and collect treasures, and coins, as well as other items you need, Snow White needs gems, Ariel needs keys, Belle needs to find the enchanted objects. There is reading required, but all you really have to know is which button does which, (the action button is usually B,) Snow White for instance, B makes her sing, and A makes her jump. And there's goals for each story, Ariel must free Sebastian, and the merpeople, then defeat Ursula. After each level you get a password, so you do have to make sure to write it dowm, (there's space in the instruction booklet.) Overall a great game.

Why for only GBA?

Since a long time I was looking for a game exactly like this, and after a lot of research, I found this game....at last. But most unfortunately I don't have a GBA.So what to do now? Would I have to buy a GBA, only for playing this game?...and I don't know whether I will like it or not, as, there are many games which seem to be interesting "before buying", but "after buying", reveal the fact that, there was nothing so interesting. Anyway, I don't want to buy GBA as I already have PS2. Now, my question is, am I going to have this game for windows or PS2..."ever"? (I chose 5 stars as I don't own this game, I don't want to decrease it's rate because of my review).
