This is an awesome game! I bought it for my 8 year old daughter, and she loves it. Plus, I love it and play it just as much (or more) than she does. The coolest thing about it is that you can choose between 6 princesses and each has her own game with 3 different chapters in it. So it's like getting 6 games wrapped up in one. Some of the games are very challenging and some are pretty easy.
This game exceeded all of my expectations and is definitely one of the very few GBA games that is worth the entire [price]!
Why for only GBA?

Since a long time I was looking for a game exactly like this, and after a lot of research, I found this game....at last. But most unfortunately I don't have a GBA.So what to do now? Would I have to buy a GBA, only for playing this game?...and I don't know whether I will like it or not, as, there are many games which seem to be interesting "before buying", but "after buying", reveal the fact that, there was nothing so interesting. Anyway, I don't want to buy GBA as I already have PS2. Now, my question is, am I going to have this game for windows or PS2..."ever"? (I chose 5 stars as I don't own this game, I don't want to decrease it's rate because of my review).
Come on, Disney!!!

I'm not going to tell you how I played this game. I will tell you this though: this title seriously lacks any solidity. It's basically a monotonous series of little games that are more chores than fun. As Cinderella, you clean spots all over the house and nothing more, and I can't even remember what Belle, Snow White, and Aurora do. Ariel swims around and is ever-so-vaguely remeniscent of The Little Mermaid for NES -- which is still a great game, by the way. DP is not a total loss though, which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. It has it's moments: Princess Jasmin provides minor thrills on her magic carpet. But Disney could do so much better.
There are no girl-gamers and boy-gamers! There are only gamers and non-gamers! You don't need sludge like this to entertain a little girl.
Great for my 5 year old

This game rocks!! My x year old plays the game constantly. She enjoys the challenge of starting from the beginning every time that she plays, so much so, that we stopped writing down the passwords. The different games for each princess give enough of a variety that she does not get board. It gives her hours of pleasure when we are in the car traveling around.
She does not play it at home because she is to busy pretend playing. She saves her games for the car!

My daughter is 5 and just got a Game Boy. This game is great, but only if know how to read. There are a lot of pop up screens that tell you what to do, but she can't read them. There is a lot of variety to the games. I find myself playing with it more than her, because she gets frustrated over needing me to read the screens.
Great Game

Is the same as playing any Mario or other platform game but with female leading characters. Girls will have hours of entertaiment with it on long traveling trips.
The backgrounds are very good looking, but not much detail on the characters themselves.Sound and music are very nice and never tiresome or boring. Game has a feature to control their volume. And just because is based on Disney's fairy tales films and is aimed primarly at girls dosen't mean is too easy to win, especially is you use the non easy mode. The password feature is annoying.
Squaresoft should have made a version of it for PS2 and the other systems or a follow up in those systems, as it is quite entertaining. Ironicaly none of the hero princes appear at all.

This game is really fun; but is more for older girls. They must be able to read unless mom wants to have to help every minute. If your daughter can read and loves the Disney series; then it is highly recommended. One of the definate perks is that you can choose which princess you are as you play. Very cute game.

I'm an adult and I love video games. I chose Disney Princess because I'm an avid Disney fan. This game only took me a few hours to complete but was highly entertaining along the way. The single-player game is somewhat halting, with not a lot of room to move around (fixed paths to move in, you go where they tell you to go) in the game play but for any girls, ages reading level and up, it is fabulous. The colors are vivid and there are many levels with items you have to find while keeping your life up. I recommend this game for any Disney fan.
