I saw this game and was SURE I was getting a bargain. I love some of the old games on here like Arkanoid (A modern day Breakout, been a big fan of the series for ages) and Bubble Bobble. IT really sounded like it was going to be another fun vintage compilation like the Capcon Classics or Namco Museum series. I pop it in and immediately go to Arkanoid...the controls seem good and in fact tilting the Wiimote works very well for the game...I complete the first level and...game over...um, what? I try again and sure enough, game over. I try a different game, play one level and once again game over...lather, rinse, repeat...
ALL of the games on this disk are single level, timed games, Many last less than a minute. Had they included 15-20 games and given the full arcade versions this would have been an easy 4-5 star game, but it feels like a demo disk for upcoming titles...something that should have been given away with an issue of Nintendo Power or with a pre-order for other Wii games...I wanted to really like this game but it is definately NOT worth the purchase price.
Don't waste your time on this one

I bought this because I thought it would be a fun party game for the Wii. Plus, the price was right at $20. Boy, was I wrong. The game is pretty lame. The best game they have, Bubble Bobble, you can only play for like a minute. And only two people can play. You can pass on this one.
I wouldn't even recommend this as a rental.

I'm surprised by the number of negative reviews of this product. For the price, this polished collection of 30 original minigames is a very good deal. I started with the first game and tried each one in turn -- by the time I reached Arkanoid I felt I had already got my money's worth, and then I realized I still had at least 10 to go!
While the graphics aren't particularly detailed, they are bright, expressive and extremely smooth -- I never saw any frame rate drops, and the Wii Remote implementations are also excellent overall.
In particular, I think this game will appeal to fans of Taito's past games like Arkanoid and RayStorm, as well as those familiar with Japanese food and culture. The sushi bar game is suitably frantic and funny, and the takoyaki minigame is fun with friends (if you've never been to a revolving sushi restaurant or don't know what takoyaki is, you're missing out!)
This game is at just as good and polished as Wii Play, and the price is right. I recommend this without hesitation as one of the best minigame collections for the Wii.

I actually enjoyed this game more than I enjoyed Carnival Games. My sister and me had hours of fun playing this game. Some games are challenging yet fun. I actually haven't played it as much as I would like due to school but I'm very happy with this game. Like most wii games, the more people playing the more fun. But overall this game is very much worth the low price. I recommend it.

We're enjoying the Wii so much but the games are so expensive. I bought this for about $10 on e-bay. It sounded like tons of fun with so much variety. In the end, the games can be played in about 2 1/2 minutes, they do not go on to higher levels, some seem like the same game with a different name. It's cute to pass the time for a few minutes but it's nothing long term. If you're looking for something more involved save your money.

This is a one level, 1-5 min, mini games title. One or two player only. The rankings are very strange (S means best), E being the worst) & you can add your 3 letter initials if you do well in a game.
Not only are the games very short, such as being at bat once, revving an engine like DDR, feeding sushi at a restaurant, making sushi & other non-entertaining games. The games that are good, such as old classics like Arkanoid (played by tilting the wii) or Bubble Bobble or Swan Shooter (played like NES 1941 plane game exactly) you only get 1 level no matter how well you do. ALL games have a time limit.
If you play ranking against a pig, he just insults you throughout calling you a water flea. The pros is it does use the wii in different ways
Like other reviewers have said, if you were expecting good games, pass. If you want pure mini games, go for Wario ware or Rayman's Raving Rabbids.
Leaves me VERY un-impressed

I would have to recommend you pass on this one. I thought it would be similar to mario party 8 or something like that with the mini-games but it is really just not all that good or fun.

I was excited to see another simple game full of mini games that utilizes the Wii Mote in innovate ways, like Wario Smooth Moves. I found this game to be less responsive, making the games more difficult. Some of the mini games were fun, but grow old quickly. Not enough fun games to keep it interesting. Unwrap the Mummy, Pinch Hitter, Snow Cone (although controls were unresponsive at times), Rev the Engine, and Skateboard were all fun games. However, the other games were difficult, like Takoyaki (making sushi). There were no instructions to help understand how to play the game. It had REAL potential, but lacked in direction. Certainly a good value at $20, but I would recommend saving the money for Wario Smooth Moves or Cooking Mamma.
This is awful!

I guess that it's hard to accept that after spending hundreds of dollars on a Nintendo Wii that the first game I play on the system outside of the included Wii Sports would be so dissapointing. Furu Furu Park is one of the most upsetting video games I have ever played. Let's see, I'd rather play the Camel maze game in full, original form on an emulator or in a classic arcade any day over playing this poorly done version in Furu Furu Park. The same goes with Arkanoid. I was hoping for some sort of offshoot on Warioware and minigames. What you end up getting is underwhelming to say the least. I only played about 5 of the minigames before saying, "This is a joke!" and turning the game off, never to be played again. The game where you unwrap the mummy 5 times in one minute was the kind of thing that had no point. I did it in 45 seconds. Why should I do it ever again? There is no increased challenege here. Another reviewer said it best - I think this would have been a great game to give out for free to new subscribers of Nintendo Power or some other video game magazine. Oh well, let's hope the next slew of games that I buy are a little more fun.
