I am a huge fan of other Tony Hawk Pro Skater games, with 2 and 3 being my favorite. When I first played THUG I was highly dissapointed. Many of the goals have nothing to do with skateboarding. Some of the goals are RUNNING around collecting things. There are hardly any skating based goals in the first 3 levels. Yes, some of them can use skating, but only to get around. Whatever happened to the Pro Skater series, when you skated around doing skating based things, like getting Sick Scores and grinding certain rails. I still have not decided whether to sell this game to Blockbuster or use the codes and unlock all the levels for the Free Skate mode, something I never bring myself to do because I am always able to beat the 1 Player Mode. The only saving grace for this game is if hopefully the levels are good and the create a trick feature, which, although a little confusing, brings a new aspect of customization. I highly dont recommend buying this game, but if you want to WALK around, completing stupig goals, then buy it, waste the 50 bucks. I am mad because I shoul've spent that money to buy Ratchet and Clank: Goin Commando or the Return of the King.

This game is sweet. The gameplay is awesome and the missions are fun, there a lot better then the other hawk games. Also the storyline is great and the side things, like drivng cars and running around, are awesome. This game is fing awesome and if you like skateboarding and/or the hawk games you should get it.

I played this game at a friends house the day it came out and decided it was worthy of my hard-earned $50. I went home and played it and before I knew it I was playing for 4 hours straight. You really get into the game and want to keep playing it. The story mode is excellent and very well done, the thing that annoys me the most is the typical Tony Hawk soundtrack. The graphics are very good. The multiplayer is fun with a new game called firefight, which I personally don't like that much, but hey, maybe you will. Get this game, it is worth every penny you pay for it!

This game is nothing compared to the previous four releases. it has lost all of it's orginality. What happened to goals like grinding helicopter blades, grinding on the backs of elephants to make them stampede, and who can forget dodging the monkey droppings. I think this game needs more violence and certainly some weapons for the characters. In two player mode there needs to be a gladiator option and free skate should include a free-for-all riot option. I gave this game two stars only because I was able to upload a picture of my cats face onto the characters body and I named my character Catman!

Finished it in 3 days

Now that you can get off your board it makes the whole game better by allowing you to explore easier, and make higher combos. The games levels are amazing with spots such as Manhatten, Tampa, Hawaii, San Diego, and New Jersey. You can also choose the level of intensity in story mode such as too easy, beginner, normal, and sick. Plays fast though

This is by far the best PS2 skateboarding game. It's that simple. Just buy it. The graphics are increadible, the gameplay is amazing, and so is everything else about this game. There are tons of unlockables, such as a level at a KISS concert and the superhero "Iron Man" as a skater. If your a fan of the series, this game is like a holy grail of skating goodness, and even if your not, it'll make you feel like you just won that MINI Cooper contest where you win the car full of chocolate. BUY IT NOW!!!

I enjoyed the game throughout. I wish that I could
still play more after I finished chapter 27.
I like the create-a-deck mode after I got
sponsered by Zero. The game would be a 10/10
if story mode would last me at least a week.

It stinks on ice. I boght it for my son and I wasted my money. It is to violent. My son went mad and turened in to a indian and ate and broke the game.

Tony Hawk's Underground

Tony Hawk's Underground is the best game I have ever played. You have total controll over the game. You can get off of your board and roam around the level, and the levels are pretty big. It's sweet because you can snap your board like real life. I think the story mode should be longer because i beat it in 2 hours. But the game is still cool.
