The headset seemed a bit small at first,but fit ok.The earpeice side is slighty ajustable,which is good.Does slip off occasionaly. Peformance is very nice, the quality is great.
It would have been perfect if it were a bit more sturdy.
WARNING: Does NOT come with xbox communicator (the controller plug-in) ,luckily I had one from my previous headset. If you dont have a communicator you will be spending an extra $20.

The plantronics is the best third party headset for xbox and xbox live so far. I have had it for a month now and it has been working perfectly. The headset really fits well on top of your head and the microphone picks up your speech but not exess breathing and other little noises like that. The cord is long enough to give good clearance from your head to the controller so you don't have to worry about having a tight cord and having your head really close to the controller. All in all it is a great headset and a really good replacement headset for the junky microsoft xbox live headsets.
Don't buy!! Picture not the same as actual item sent.

First I waited over a month to get this item and when it did finally come in it wasn't even the item I ordered! My son tired of waiting for the headset to come in decided to keep this one regardless of the difference. I have not been able to track down a human to correct this problem so I'll not waste anymore of my time trying to correct this but will not venture into this kind of purchase without the customer service in place we all deserve...Shame on you Amazon.

For use with an x-box 9not 360) you need a convertor box which is not available anywhere. I had to send it back so I lost on postage and a 10% re-stocking fee. I very dissapointed they even sell this with this knowledge.
