This game is impossible to beat even on easy mode. At the beginning of the hunting career, you start with a certain ammount of money. You must purchase gear including weapons and clothes. There are several regions, and 2 seasons for each region. Every time you hunt, you must purchase a new permit. For example, you have to buy a permit for fall hunting in Colorado, and summer hunting in Colorado. The further you progress in the game, the more expensive the licenses become. Your wallet quickly empties, til the point where you cannot afford a new permit. There are contests where you can earn money, but it is a piddley $30. After you beat it once, you have to pay a $10 entry fee, meaning you only win $20. Certain seasons in certain regions require certain weapons. You need a bow, a shot gun and a rifle. I got to the point where I have sold my other weapons, and I need about $600 for the next license. I have to win 30 contests to be able to play the next season. To me it's not worth it, and I have basically wasted my time on a futile effort. The game is fun if you don't do a career hunt.
