Do you like Yu-Gi-Oh but just don't have any cards, well then this is a game for you. It's the same game as before, but it also comes with 3 limited edition cards! One is Metalmorph, one is Red Eyes Black Metal Dragon, and one is Harpie's Pet Dragon. For those that don't know the game very well, it is a Yu-Gi-Oh dueling game. You duel, win cards, advance to new duelist and you don't have to pay for these virtual cards. For people who like Yu-Gi-Oh, this is the game for you.

U SHOULD DEFFINITLY GET THIS GAME!

The game is awsome but hard to beat. The EXCLUSIVE rare crds such Metalmorph, Red eyes metal dragon, and Harpies pet dragon rock. I traded my Harpies pet dragon to this kid for a Red eyes black dragon and it worked. u should get it.

When this game fist came out I thought it looked pretty cool. But then it came out with the 3 cards and I had to have it. Not only is it a great game to play, but its also has the 3 very rare cards that come with it. If you are thinking of buying this game you have to get it.

Different from the card game, but fun

A couple caveats first: If you play the card game, get this premium version - it comes with Harpies Pet Dragon, Metalmorph & Red Eyes Black Metal Dragon, good to play or trade. If you don't play the card game get the regular version and save yourself five bucks. Second, if you only own a PS2, you can play this but you have to buy a PS1 memory card - this is especially important if you're giving this as a Christmas gift, if your kid doesn't have a PS1 memory card he's going to be cheesed that he can't save.

In this game, you roleplay as Yugi, and the storyline takes you to fight lots and lots of duels. They're a bit different from the card game. Your deck is populated with weaker monsters that you play together to make stronger cards (somewhat like fusion, but without fusion cards or the stronger monsters actually being in your deck). These can be hard to figure out, but over time you'll get better at it (some guides are also available online). You also designate a zodiac sign for each card, which can give it an advantage or disadvantage against other cards (so always check your opponents' cards). As you duel you get better cards that fuse into even better things. You can also free-duel against anyone you've beaten in the storyline to get more good cards.

What didn't I like? You have to be Yugi, and I'd rather be Kaiba :) Overall, if you like Yu-Gi-Oh, you'll like this. Especially if you don't have real people around to duel with all the time.

This game is awesome! You get 3 cards, Red eyes meatle Dragon, Meatlemorf, and harpies pet dragon. It is worth the extra $...!Make sure you have a ps1 (play station 1) memory card. There are preaty good music sound and graphics. Press Square when you atack to whatch the batale. You can enter the codes on the botom corner of the cards to get them(you have to have a certin amount of star chips). I recomend this for anyone who likes Yu-Gi-Oh.

hi i bought this game saturday, december 14 and this game is awsome because in this game you dont have have to offer.cool huh beacause in other games such as dark duel stories, eternal duel soul.see in those games there are rules about stupid offering a monster with 5stares through6 stares you have to offer a tribute of a apousing monster on the feild with 1 star throh 4 and also with other stronger monster you have to offer 2 tributes.but not in yugioh forbidden memories but one thing that bothered me and took me by suprise is that you have to win starchips just like in duelist kingdom in order to contain monters from codes.anyway if your a fan of yugioh you surely have to buy this game.

only for the cards...EH

i own the standard edition. You control a young pharoh and start out with cards with less power than the Celtic Gaurdian. You get to name your charecter. The graphics look like a cartoon, worst of all, you can not see people walk. What are graphics when they are not used. The first time you face kiaba he is easy that canges the last times. You earn cards.you become yugi and fight in a tournoment.Isis is a cheater she has B.Skull Dragon and Spellbinding Cicle.YOU NEED A MEMORY CARD BEFORE YOU BUY THIS!!! Peagusus is so easy trust me i tor him apart with a b raking.if you hate that stuff, buy it only for the cards.Oh Yeah, if you find out where to buy a BEYBLADE PS1 game, write a revew and say where to buy it.

When I played this game, I thought it would be fun. Instead, most everything is restricted. The Card Shop has no cards, just a place to build decks and the only way to put cards in your deck is to have star chips. And if you lose one duel, you could lose the game. Not the best Yu-Gi-Oh product.
