Can't own a dog, or just love them? This game is fun for all. You can enter contests, take walks, feed them, clean them, and even play with other dogs! Own your favorite dog (or dogs), without a mess!

This is an entertaining game that keeps going and can't be beat. It can be loads of fun if your friend's have the game on DS and you connect together and play. Also, it can be a little tiring going for the same walks over and over. This is a great long trip game.

I got this game for Christmas and I thought it was pretty good. But the part where you need to train your dog to do one trick, can drive you kind of crazy. Since you need to say it several times into the microphone. I liked the game but I wouldn't get it if you can't wait.

This game is wonderful and very engaging for all ages. We no longer can have a dog and both of my daughters have found a great surrogate. I love it because there is no work for me.

This game rocks. But I need help. To get another dog, I need more money. I need to enter a contest. But, my DS thinks it's yesterday. Yesterday I did 3 contests, which is the limit. So it won't let me do one today. How can I fix this problem? Thanks. Nintedogs rocks!

I just want to say that I got this game for Christmas, and let me tell you, it can be rather repetitive at times, but it is fun, and the repetitiveness is all made up for when your dog wins a trial or learns a new trick. Basically, you go to the kennel and adopt one dog from a wide variety of breeds and personalities. You name it, and then you have to teach it 'sit', which my dog forgot one day after I taught him it. You can go to the store and buy toys, food, and drinks for him/her, and you can also take them on walks every thirty minutes. I love the walking part. Choosing where you can go each time is neat, and I love it when your dog brings you a present, even if it is usually junk. Plus, meeting the other virtual dogs is fun, and I like visiting the park and gymnasium.
I would also like to get a few things straight with some reviewers. For one thing, if you don't even own it, then why are you reviewing it and saying it's so excellent? Sure, you've played the demo, but that's not the game, and anyways, how are some of you so sure you're going to get it for Christmas or your birthday? Also, I do not know anything about this fireman's hat. I have never found it on a walk, and I don't know if it's real or not. Also, someone said that the dogs do not do "oopsies". Well, they do on walks, and you have to touch it to scoop it up. I didn't do that the first time, and Archie got angry at me. Oh, and I am curious about the neighborhood dogs. I always bring my dog over by them, my favorite being Spot, and I found that their conversation starters are always being repeated, and sometimes I'd like to respond.
I also have a question about the secondhand shop, even though I own the game. For one thing, if I need something, I go there and it's not there. I go to the expensive store and get what I need. Then, I go back to the secondhand shop and whatever I needed is right there. I know that you're supposed to sell things there, but are you allowed to buy things there? Because I've sold two juice bottles there and it automatically disappears. If you can't buy, then why is under shopping? Oh, and I just love the music it makes when your dog urinates or poos. It's like "dun dun dun dun". It's actually not as gross as it sounds. So, I recommend this game, despite its pricyness.

Nintendogs Lab and Friends was kinda fun. The puppies are really cute! However, it's annoying that you have to teach a pet a trick over and over again. Also, sometimes the puppy ignores you. You may think I just wasn't saying it's name clearly, but I made sure I was. You can't play this game on like an airplane because saying it's name and commands will most likely annoy however you're sitting by. Overall, the game was okay.
