Yo this game is the bomb yo it rules you got to get it even if you dont like dbz its a rpg and like final fantasy in a way k now here is a cheat just walk in front of a enemy who can shoot ki blasts and when he shoots fly (hit the l buttob0 just stay in one spot and let them hit u now you are invinceable just puch them til there dead see ya jim

First of all, sorry, but this is not the smae game that came out in japan for snes. I know because i have legacy of goku and i have legend of super sayan downloaded. You do not get any cards at all in this game, only 3 attacks, one punch move, and no extremely awesome battles. Not to completely dis this game, it is a must play for loyal dbz gamers, but i beat this game in less than 5 hours! And you can only level up to level 25! Overall, if there is a store nearby that rents out gba games, definitely go there first.

Only for fans....

This game is a cute distraction for fans of the anime. You'll enjoy travelling through familiar locales and meeting familiar people.

If you aren't a fan, or are at best indifferent, you will NOT like this game. There is zero depth. Hand to hand fighting is a good way to get killed, but that's about it. It's all about pelting your opponents from maximum range with ranged attack X and then running away like a little girl- very un-Goku like.

I'm a big fan of the show, and I enjoy the game every now and then. It's fun to make Goku scream "Kamehameha!" so often your girlfriend begins to scream it randomly too.

I got this game a little after it came out, and it took me about 6 hours to beat. This is a good game, a little short, but a good game. I gave it 4 stars because you can't move sideways, it is short, and it doesn't follow the show story-line. The story doesn't really matter thou, just if it is a good game or not, so I'm not going to pick it to death. You only play as Goku, but that's okay, you can turn into a Super Saiyan when you are fighting Freiza. I haven't played any other DBZ games, so I thought this was pretty good. Over all it is a good game, I would recomend getting it.

Dragon Ball Z, a great show, an alright GBA game.

I've played DBGT Final Bout for PS1, and I thought legacy of goku would be similar. It's short, but fun. However, there are tons of glitches that make the game way to easy. It barely follows the storyline, and the Kamehameha blast was NOT taught by King Kai. You walk way too slow, you have limited flying energy, and not having multiplayer game-link compatibility makes the whole purpose of getting better meaningless. The Saiyan saga is easy, the Namek saga is hard, and the Freiza saga is kinda hard. I can almost call it a dissapointment. Don't get me wrong, DBZ is awesome, but The Leagacy Of Goku could have used some major improvements. The Kamehameha wave dissapears halfway across the screen, and you can only go up to level 25. Nintendo is probably going to make a few sequels,(The Leagacy Of Trunks, The Legacy of Piccolo, etc.) but if this is how they started, the sequels can only get better. ( At least we hope!) If the upcoming Gamecube, Playstation 2, and Xbox DBZ games will be like this, they're wasting time and money and are scaring off fans. Infogrames screwed up here. The CCG video game is better.

This is the game to get if you like punching,blasting attacks,and adventure.This game has a lot of thinking to do,but is great and you can beat your enemies with ease just by doing this trick.(If the enemy is firing Ki Blasts at you ,just fly and get hit and you will be come invisible.)The point is that it is the best of the best!

This is the best DBZ game I've ever played! The graphics are the best that I have ever seen on Game Boy Advance. EVERYONE (not just DBZ fans) will love this game!!!

This game is good i loved it.Its not like other rpgs.You can only go up to level 25.When u finally fight feiza u turn super sayian and not know what it is.When u fight a boss i used the same stragey.All i did was fly around and shoot ki blasts.And just between u and me the flying system sucks.The game took me hours to beat.2 of the energy attaks are useless.But it is real fun to play.If u get mad asily than dont buy it. ....

I love DBZ so after I Bought this game I just had to wright a review to.For all of you DBZ fans, this game does NOT follow the storyline at ALL, never in all the episodes that I have watched did I hear of King Ki teaching Goku his signiture trick the "Kamahamaha" wave. The all around graphics are okay but I personally think that the makers could have done better. Another downside is that you can only move in 4 directions, up, down, left, and right. The fact that the only player you can control is Goku is a big letdown, I had hoped that I would be able to play with Gohan, Piccolo, and so forth, but then again the game is called "Legacy of Goku." Anyway I am a Dragon Ball Z fanatic so I just had to buy this game.

I'm a true DBZ fan but this games is a true discrace!
Besides the fact that it only has one third the series on it,
it waaaaaay to easy!!!! To tell the truth I must say that I
reccomend it to no one...
