Fun game for little girls and princess fans....

My 5 year old daughter absolutely adores this game. There are few Gameboy Advance games available out there for young girls so I purchased this as soon as it was released. My daughter has been playing with this game since she received it back in October. She has since 'beaten' the game playing as Cinderella but she still continues to play it again and again. It has certainly held her interest even after so many months of owning it.

The gameplay basically revolves around Cinderella and her friends as she goes through various 'challenges' in order to move to the next level. This includes jumping over obstacles, feeding horses, watering plants and looking for keys. In the end, Cinderella realizes her 'happy ending' as she dances with Prince Charming. It follows the general plot of the film and also introduces characters from the movie.

I have played the game only briefly so my daughter is the final judge when it comes to the entertainment value of this game. If she likes it and sustains her interest, then it is good enough for me. And on a side note, we did not have any problems maneuvering around the game or getting Cinderella to move around.

If you are looking for other great GBA games for girls, I would also recommend "Barbie: Princess and Pauper" and "Barbie: Magic of Pegasus." This game is a winner in my daughter's eyes and is ideal for little princess gamers ages 3 and up.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME

What a big mistake. I talked my daughter (6 years) into picking this game thinking it would be fun for us to do together since I like the kid games better. She says it is to hard to get Cinderella to move and gave up after half hour of fumbling. So I sit down to play and beat the game in one hour ten minutes. Cinderella is very hard to move and has bad response time.

You have two paths you can travel on and they put things in the way so you have to jump back and forth from one another.
Then you are a mouse and you have to travel through tunnels and gears or something to finish ( This was the best part of the game )
Then you have to pop bubbles.

Anyway this game would probably be fun for a 3 year old IF she moved better but my 6 year old has trouble.

Don't waist your money on this one.
We bought magic Pegasus at the same time and this is a great game buy that one.

I bought this for my 7 year old daughter. She played it for a week and a half until she mastered the game. It was challenging for her and sometimes challenging for me. She has really enjoyed it.
In between each level, a clip of the Cinderella movie plays to show what needs to be done in the next level.
I think this was a good investment for my daughter.

REALLY ENJOYED

I bought this for my 5 year old daughter-she found it a bit challenging but was able to do most of it, and has not conquered it yet. She has had the game for a month and has fun playing it. My 7 1/2 year old was able to conquer the game in just a few hours of playing it.

My daughter loves this game

I bought this for my 8 year old on her birthday and she plays it all the time even though she has already solved the game.

Nostalgic relief or just plain fun? That will be for you to decide.

Disney's Cinderella Magic

Cinderella: Magical Dreams is one of the most simple yet enjoyable GBA games that I have played this year. In the game, the player will need to switch control between Cinderella and the mice duo. As Cinderella, the player is required to execute simple control mechanics in order to leap over various obstacles such as chickens, sheep and rolling barrels. Cinderella's endeavors will eventually gain her the opportunity to dance with the prince of course, but once the player assumes the role of the mice duo (Gus and another mice), the game becomes a little more intense. As the mice duo, players will need to harness skills as button throwing and wall smashing in order to proceed through various levels and ultimately, face against the notorious kitten, Lucifer. If the gameplay itself is not enough to garner any well-deserved attention, the magical atmosphere that derives from listening to the game's soundtrack should be more than enough to warrant a purchase of the game.

Overall, this game is so very simple in terms of gamplay that it can easily be beaten in less than thirty minutes. Although the simple nature of the game may be more than enough to ward various folks away, those who are looking for a new, enjoyable and very short GBA game should check out Cinderella: Magical Dreams sometimes. In my opinion, the game features enough of a fun factor that it can easily rank alongside popular titles such as Aladdin, World of Illusion, or even Pocahontas for the Sega Genesis. Ah, nostalgic relief...

Not that easy

The game is fun and the graphics are good but it has a lot to read so my daughter is a 5 year old and she is always asking what it says in the screen so she needs help.
