I bought this game a couple of days ago and have been playing it since. The graphics have improved since the previous two Turtle games that have come out recently. Up to four people can play in the melee mode that includes different games such as King of the Hill and Keep Away. In the single player mode, you beat levels to obtain tokens to purchase various bonus features, such as biographies, comics, pictures and more. This game is a must-have for fans of the TMNT and the new show. People who did not like the other Turlte games that came out recently will not like this game, however for those who did then they will like it even better than those other two. The fighting is faster and not nearly as "sluggish" as the other two games. Since the price is so low, I highly recommend buying this game, but for those who are a little unsure should definetly rent it. Turtle Power!

TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Mutant) Mutant Melee isn't nearly as complicated as the last two releases, this isn't a complaint. This game focuses on a variety of new combat moves and effects. Mutant Melee allows you to select from 20 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters (good and bad alike), with a pair of up-to-four-player modes. Players are able to play games including "King of the Hill, Last Man Standing, Knock Out" and other hidden unlockable content. Thankfully, Melee keeps Battle Nexus' multi-player improvements along with possible Turtle vs. Turtle vs Turtle vs Turtle match-ups (unlike the practice mode of the first TMNT game). It's always a good time when you can get 4 players to wail on one another without having to worry about "game plot" getting in the way of the good stuff.

But if it's game plot you're after, the Adventure mode has just enough to keep it interesting, while still including some mindless action like: tossing bombs off a roof before they blow. As an older player, I found sufficient challenges to enjoy in the adventure mode, while my turtle-fan daughters ( age 7 & 4 ) overall found this one more accessible, not to mention the unique opportunity to see APRIL THROW-DOWN AND KICK SHELL! There are also cool extras. In adventure mode you earn tokens to buy (unlock) things, like settings, vehicles and comics. The latter reveals pages from the original black & white comics and the other versions of TMNT.

This game is the worst game ever.Sure it's graphics are okay but the gameplay is horrible. One unlockable a picture that you can veiw. And one guy tries playing the hockey stick. Plus you just keep coming alive after you die. Mini games are terrible playing keep away. This game is so bad I'd recomend you flush it down the toilet. Die Turtles Die.
