Why did I wait so long?

I just purchased a brand-spanking new computer with the fastest processor and all the upgrades available. I decided I wanted to get back into PC gaming, and figured a new machine would be a good place to start. Problem is, I'm stuck in the past! After scouring both the internet and my brain for a worthwhile game in which to invest time and money, I looked no further than Heroes of Might and Magic 3. Of course, I've lost it since the last time I finished a scenario. For some reason there's a lot of emotional attachment with this game. Thank (fill in higher power of choice here) this is still available!!

A wonderful game. A blend of so many different things; a campagine game, a strategy game, and a test of endurance. Who can hold out the longest in this game, you or the other guys? Spend your time wandering around and compleating tasks or wander around looking for enemies to take out. Spend your money wisely and make your cities grow and prosper and produce troops for your heroes. Wander around, collect artifacts and win though the day. A game that can absorb you to the fullest and leave you with many hours of enjoyable playing time. After about 6 months of play I'm still enjoying it. Every time you play there is one more new thing that you find. A great game, a wonderful experience.

Only one drawback

The game is just as addicting as the others in the series. With the new characters/creatures/and magic spells it is a fun challenge. However, if you enjoy using cheat codes you will not be able to use them with this version. An email from 3DO stated "the cheat codes were removed from the Complete Edition of the Heroes III game. This was a Development Team decision."

Heros 3 is the best

This is the best heros game ever. it totaly out strips heros 2 not to even think about the orignal one. if you think your computer wouldn't be able to run this cool of a game? think again if play this on a computer with Pantoum 1 and a crappy graphics accelerator.

This one of the best computer games ever. Command heros monster and build your town while Defeating your enemies. I give this game five very golden stars and to thumbs up. If suggest you by this game it wont disappoint you!!!

I've been a Heroes of Might and Magic fan since the first version was out. I still remember the awesome town themes, and how fun it was to blast enemies with my Genies, Phoenix, and Dragons. =D

Heroes of Might and Magic 3 captures the feeling I've had with the series since the beginning. Decent storyline with scenarios to match, fun heroes to play (on both sides of the campaign), and such customizability. The Map Editor is one of the best yet, and the new possibilities with regards to artifacts leave a great deal of exploring to even the seasoned player. The graphics are good, the balance is good, my Phoenix are back, there's a slew of new creatures, artifacts, heroes, etc. from Heroes 2, and you can always expand the world yourself.

One has to hope that there's even more customizability in Heroes 4, though. Where are custom artifacts, for instance? Ah, well. It looks to be good, too. At least I can console myself with hours of Heroes 3 in the meantime. =)

These games are my favorite games for the computer. They are much better than most computer games. They have a battle system similar to evolution and evolution II, but the battle system is much better. The game play is not like any other game I have ever played and I think it is the best.

Alright, I remember playing this game back in '99 and it was a blast. I used to go over to my friends house and we would play together, some of the best times of my life. Anyways I bought this game after a few weeks of playing this and never stopped. Only when this game was stolen did I stop playing, I have been in major withdrawel since this loss. To anybody looking at this game I seriously suggest buying the complete edition. I just purchased it and am extrememly excited. Plus, its only $10!!!!!!!!!

Oh, no!
Another great game that I can't help thinking about it...
This is truely one of my favorates, amazing! the best game that i have ever bought! Wisdom and tattic is much required. if you are too stupid, don't play this game, cause you are going to loose...
If possible, i will rather give it 6 or 7 stars.
But also, watch out for your GPA.

This game is so much fun, and one of the mosty addictive games I have ever played, next to Final Fantasy X. At first it takes a while to understand how everything works, but it is worth it. I seriously could play this game for like 20 hours at a time, taking not pee breaks or for food. Buy it!!!
