Originality please.....

Yet another installment to a good series gone bad.I enjoyed Jak and Daxter 1, despised Jak 2, and this one stinks although it is better than Jak 2. This game is pretty linear like Jak 2. Origanality. What originality? They got the guns idea from Ratchet and Clank series(which is a great series by the way), now they copy the weapon uprades? Not to mention the fact that its a GTA copy too. The difficulty is hard but not as hard as Jak 2. There's always this challenge. Beat this time or lose and break the controller(depending on how you handle situations). Hardly any minigames. Ratchet and Clank has more and better ones at that. Sorry, but The Ratchet and Clank series are simply better for originality and plain fun. If your looking for a fun kickbutt funny(and I mean funny) platformer go with the Ratchet and Clank series. (and for fans of the series, look for a new game coming this fall 2005 called Ratchet: Deadlocked)

For the ratchet and clank fans out there:
If you think ratchet and clank 3 is going to be better than jak 3, don't say that here. It makes no sense, and your bacially just reviewing R&C 3. put that in the R&C 3 reviews, not these ones. I think **Personally** that J&D 3 is going to be better, because R&C is bacially just wopping stuff with tools. and Daxter is at least FUNNY. So, like it says:

This game is the most fun game i EVER played..I've played the two last ones and this IS THE BEST.These are the reasons why u should buy this game.
(1)Fun Game-play not too hard not too easy.
(2)Awesome graphics(Excellent Artifical Intelligence).
(3)A hand full of different weapons(Weapons have mods).
(4)Very good fighting tec..(Dark Jak and Light Jak)
(5)Perfect Story, very detailed and interesting.
*To understand the story i suggest playing the prior games.

Fun, lots of vehicles, tough challenges, and a lot of surprises. Italso has a long story line that goes with the first two games.

1. You get more guns. 2. Dark Jak gets a few more tricks. and 3. You get more guns.

Jak has been banished to the Wasteland outside Haven. Ashlin (sp?) gave him a beacon and was found by the king of Spargus, Damas. He meets a big (and i mean, BIG.) powerhouse named Kleiver (Get the Kleivers diaper cheat for some laughs), the spiritual monk Seem (And called "coloring book" by Daxter), and is blessed by the Precursors. And remember Jinx from the sewers, he's back. (Though he doesnt play such a big role) along with Vin, Samos, Keira, and Torn in this new, kick butt adventure. And dont worry, Praxis doesnt do a spooky reappearence, -MASS SPOILER ALERT- Errol does though. So grab your guns and kick some ... Jak and Daxter style!

Jak is back after a year of what seemed to be peaceful times. After the dealings with Krew and Kor, the people of Haven City turned on Jak. Jak is banished to the Wastelands, where Sig lives, for life by Veger. Daxter is banished as well and Pecker comes along. After fainting, Jak and the gang are found by Damus, the king of the city of Spargus and his pack of forgotten ones. Damus gives Jak a challenge, and if he doesn't pass, "it will be as if he was never found." After passing the tests, Kliever, who will be much like Krew, giving you weapons and vehicles, gives you a series of missions. New Dark Eco powers will be revealed as well as a Light Eco form. There will be 4 guns with 3 possible upgrades, or 12 possible ways to kick Metal Head butt. When this game hits the stores, you all know where I'll be. All will be revealed, in Jak 3.

1 year after jak saved haven haven city from kor and the attacking metal heads jak got banished to the wasteland where he is there for life.Before jak was banished Ashlen gave him a detector for someone to find him so pecker and dextar go with him to the wasteland where he passes out and is all of a sudden saved.

this game is great. i love everithing about it. i have beaten and played all three of the jak games. the second one is my favorite one of the trilogy. this one is my second favorite. if you wnt a harder game get the second one. but i love this one because it isn't as hard. and once you get into hero mode and you get all of the secrets it is so easy when you are invunerable.

wicked good game cant get enough of it you learn so much from it it is sick at likfe you cant live without it you need it it is the best game of the year and of everrrrrr!!
