Well Rockstar has done it again. If you would have told me one year ago that a game would come along and give Grand Theft Auto 3 a run for it's money, I would have told you "who are you, and why are you talking to me". But now this game has come along and totally blown away the competition. If I didn't already have a PS2, I would buy one for the single purpose of playing this game.

As a school counselor of 3-5th grade age, I am appalled at how many of my students aged 8-10 are playing such a violent game that includes killing police, going to strip joints and being porno directors. None of your reviews give parents any clues as to how inappropriate this game is for chilren. As far as I can tell people disregard the age guidelines. PLEASE include a more direct warning for parents.

GTA:VC is gunna be the top game of all games this year. Its filling in theings that were needed in GTA3. YOu can fly Helicopters, and ride motercycles, two things i wanted. Also it willl be SO cool to go in biuldings so now you can hide behind couches and than come up and kill over the persueurs. I CANT WAIT FOR GRAND THEFT AUTO: VICE CITY!

Ok, I do admit when grand theft auto 3 came out for ps2 I thought it was the best game ever. But I mean after a while it gets really boring. The loading is slow in the beggining, the missions are ridiculosly hard. And the game has quite of a crapy story. I mean after a while of killing people and getting chased by cops...cmon. What ever happen to people getting addicted to classic games like Mario and Zelda. Now hip-hop has taken over the world. I mean the real fun thing is the radio because K-chat is fu**** funny. But after the chainsaws and boozucas, it gets boring.

I'm glad that in the prequal they put mortocycles. But then the new prequal San An Dreas, which is taking place in the 70's, they should come out with games that take place in the present. I meant this ones cool and all because they tried to make it look like "Scarface", but cmon.

In the prequal for the radio there better be some "Sex Pistols", "The Clash", "The Ramones" or at least the "Misfits". Don't but this game unless your an idiot.

This is by far the worst game I have ever played. Let me tell you that the beef in the market was so bad tasting that I had to eat the monkey that make the jello. And I am just getting started. This game also has a lot of cd's that can hurt a bo- bo and damage the skin. i really hate this game so you should keep it far from kids because of the mokeys.

grand theft auto 3 was a great game, i have beat it more than 20 times, so i am ready for the new one,i do not have a ps2 yet but all my friends do, i will be getting one 4 my b-day on just intime for Vice City. I have read alot about the gameplay and the graphics and i must say i am very amazed. the cars are sposed to be much better and more of. and the weapons are soposed to be more powerful, and graphics are soposed to be the best so far, this will be the best game ever...

I mistakenly got this game for my sons at Christmas. My daughter told me that part of the game showed women being raped in cars. Ofcourse I won't let my sons play the game. What's wrong with our world that this is considered entertainment. When I told one of my son's friends the reason I wouldn't let him play the game he responded by saying " Oh yeah well they really want it and it's in cars so you can't see it" Need I say more!

Vice City: Worst Video Game ever designed

I noticed that Amazon.com is selling the game Vice City. I highly recommend that company executives look closely at this game, and look less closely at the dollars it generates. Is it possible to win this game without killing a cop? This and other "fun" features are glamorized in VC. In fact, you can shoot anyone you like and leave them moaning in a pool of blood. Often, your reward is their cash...Cops are real, and they really die on the street. To make a fun video game of this is making fun of you and every other citizen who allows their children to buy this product. Additionally, it is socially irresponsible to sell this game. The very fact that it sells so well either means that I am just old and incapable of getting it, or that these game designers are laughing their tails off as the public rushes out to buy and rent Vice City. Maybe next year they'll come out with even more fun stuff...maybe a serial killer game, or a child molesting priest game...yippee!...I am for freedom of speech, and I would love to think that these games would collect dust on the shelves...

The best thing about this game is the soundtrack and thats it.
GTA 3 was much better in every aspect. People are saying that Vice City is two times larger than Liberty City but whats the use of it since half the area of Vice City are grass and beaches unlike Liberty City which had a very complex layout. And by the way the guy in GTA 3 looked much tougher and crueler than Tommy Vercetti. Nuff Said.
