faseli, the mech fighting game.

Faseli is an awesome game. at first, you have to get used to programming your next five moves, but after that, it's THE COOLEST GAME. you command a TS (a mech) and you can get new weapons computer chips, and a cpu to hold the chips. you can buy better TS's that can hold more weapons and items. in battle you can do five moves per turn. the moves are left, right, forward, backward, weapons, items, or reload. a MUST HAVE for anyone with a ngpc.

I bought this game because it was the only RPG available at the time here on Amazon. A previous review speaks well of it, and being a NGPC fan, I ordered it.

This game ROCKS! Faselei hardly ever leaves my NGPC, and for good reasons too:

Faselei is a mech/strategy/RPG. Your a Mech Commander in the middle of a futuristic war. Your in charge and command of your mech, but later on are able to buy other mechs. You can't go into war without any weapons though! So you can completely costimize your mech's weapons, armor, color, and lots of others. The possibilities are literaly endless. The veriety of weapons and mechs (which all have different statistics and elements) are mind twisting. There are so many posibilities that I want to try everything; find my own style of mech, weapons, and tactics.

This just isn't a brawler either. There's a lot of story line and dialog that goes along very nicely with the game-play. I also love the cut scenes, which are single pictures with dialog around it. The art is beautiful.

There is also a multiplayer, for all those die-hards who have a NGPC link cable. I havn't tried it yet, but am looking forward to it.

Simply put: experience this game. Its excelent fun. For all those who are going to order it here online, here's a little tip: If your ordering it through another vendor because Amazon doesn't have it available, you probably won't get the box and instructions. It's not really a big deal, and shouldn't stop you from buying it, but it is a bit hard to catch on to the inventory screens(ex: equiping weapons with actions) without the game instructions. I would suggest this to experienced gamers. It would be too deep for most children.
